These antislip elements are attached to portions of the end flap extending immediately outside transversely opposite ends of a waist elastic member on the side of these portions facing away from the diaper wearer's skin. 摘要： A disposable diaper is improved so that a free portion of each tape fastener is reliably prevented from being disengaged from a target tape even an outer surface of the tape fastener and an inner surface of an underwear rub together during use of the diaper. A pair of tape fasteners 6 used to connect front and rear waist regions 8, 10 to each other are attached to side flaps 14 in a rear waist region 10 of a diaper 1A, respectively. In the diaper 1A, each of the tape fasteners 6 including first fibrous nonwoven fabric made of thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber and thermoplastic synthetic resin coated on a substantially whole area of an outer surface of the first fibrous nonwoven fabric wherein the thermoplastic synthetic resin forms a substantially smooth first synthetic resin layer on outer surfaces of the respective tape fasteners.

摘要： A receptacle of a bodily fluid trapping unit is defined by first and second sheets bonded together along respective peripheral edges thereof. The first sheet is formed with openings extending therethrough in its thickness direction. Backflow preventing means includes a flat valve disc provided on the side of the first sheet facing the receptacle, a sheet-like support base serving to prevent the valve disc from falling into the receptacle and a spacer interposed between the first sheet and the support base. A peripheral edge of the valve disc's upper surface is adapted to come in water-tight contact with the associated valve seat formed on the side of the opening's peripheral edge facing the receptacle. Between the first sheet and the support base, a space is defined by a spacer's opening so that the valve disc is movably supported in the thickness direction of the spacer.

A bodily fluid treating article 1 is attached to a diaper 2 of a wearing article. A bodyside liner 61 and a backsheet 62 of the diaper 2 are formed with a chassis opening 59 extending therethrough in a thickness direction of them. A liquid-absorbent core 71 or a liquid-absorbent structure 70 is formed with a liquid-guiding opening 74 extending therethrough so as to be centrally aligned with the chassis opening 59. Within the liquid-guiding opening 74, a valve seat member 20 is provided as a component of the bodily fluid treating article 1 so that the outermost peripheral edge 25 of the valve seat member 20 may fit in the liquid-guiding opening 74. The opening 11 of the container 10 is exposed on the side facing the wearer's body by the intermediary of the liquid-guiding opening 74 and faces the wearer's external genitals.
