Abstract: A compound of Chemical Formula 1 and an organic light emitting device including the same: wherein at least one of X1 to X3 is N, and the others are CR13; Y1 is O or S; L1 is a direct bond or a substituted or unsubstituted monocyclic arylene group; R1 to R5, R11 to R13, G1 to G8 and Q1 to Q16 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently hydrogen or deuterium, and the other substituents are as defined in the specification. When the compound is included in an organic light emitting device, the device exhibits excellent characteristics in terms of efficiency, driving voltage, and stability.
