Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a continuous production method of a diester-based material in a continuous production process comprising a reaction part in which a total of N reaction units from a first reaction unit to an N-th reaction unit are connected in series. The method comprising the step of feeding dicarboxylic acid and a primary alcohol, wherein the feed of the primary alcohol is divided into front-end feed of being fed into a first reaction unit and rear-end feed of being fed into one or more reaction units selected among from a second reaction unit to an N-th reaction unit, wherein the amount of the rear-end feed is 5 to 80 wt % based on the total feed amount of the primary alcohol into a reaction part, and the N is an integer of 3 to 6. According to the present invention, it is possible to ensure the ease of process operation through reducing the amount of reflux compared to a typical batch process and reducing the volume of steam for heating a reactor, and to ensure the economic feasibility of a product through saving energy.

Abstract: A method for preparing ethylene, including: passing a feed stream containing C1 and C2 hydrocarbon compounds through a first heat exchanger and feeding the feed stream passed through the first heat exchanger to a second gas-liquid separator; feeding a part of a bottom discharge stream of the second gas-liquid separator to a demethanizer, passing an overhead discharge stream of the second gas-liquid separator through a second heat exchanger, feeding the overhead discharge stream of the second gas-liquid separator passed through the second heat exchanger to a third gas-liquid separator; feeding a bottom discharge stream of the third gas-liquid separator to the demethanizer; feeding a bottom discharge stream of the demethanizer to a C2 separator; feeding an overhead discharge stream of the C2 separator to a second compressor; passing a part of a compressed discharge stream of the second compressor through the first heat exchanger and feeding the part of the compressed discharge stream of the second compressor passed through the first heat exchanger to the second compressor as a first circulation flow; passing a part of the compressed discharge stream of the second compressor through the second heat exchanger and feeding the part of the compressed discharge stream of the second compressor passed through the second heat exchanger to a first compressor as a second circulation flow; and feeding a compressed discharge stream of the first compressor to the second compressor, and an apparatus for preparing ethylene for implementing the same.

Abstract: A distillation device including: a first distillation column having first top, bottom and upper outlets and first upper and lower inlets; a second distillation column equipped with a top condenser and a bottom reboiler, and having second top, bottom and upper outlets and second upper and lower inlets; a vapor recompressor; a heat exchanger; a first supply line supplying a feedstock to the first lower inlet; a first connection line transferring a first bottom flow to the second lower inlet via the heat exchanger; and a second connection line transferring a second top flow to the top condenser via the heat exchanger after passing through the vapor recompressor. The first bottom flow flowing through the first connection line and the second top flow flowing through the second connection line are heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger. A distillation method of a feedstock using the distillation device.
