    Abstract: A display device comprises a substrate provided with a first subpixel, a second subpixel, a third subpixel, and a fourth subpixel, a first electrode provided on the substrate, an organic light emitting layer arranged on the first electrode, and a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer, wherein the organic light emitting layer includes a first organic light emitting layer and a second organic light emitting layer, the first organic light emitting layer and the second organic light emitting layer are arranged on the first subpixel, the second subpixel, and the fourth subpixel, only the second organic light emitting layer is arranged on the third subpixel, only the first organic light emitting layer emits light on the first subpixel and the second subpixel, only the second organic light emitting layer emits light on the third subpixel, and both of the first organic light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer emit light on the fourth subpixel. Since the organic light emitting layer may emit light in accordance with one-stack voltage even in case of a two-stack structure of the first subpixel and the second subpixel, overall power consumption may be reduced.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display apparatus can include a substrate including a first subpixel and a second subpixel, a planarization layer on the substrate, a first electrode in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the planarization layer, a bank between the first electrode of the first subpixel and the first electrode of the second subpixel, a light emitting layer on the first electrode and the bank, and a second electrode on the light emitting layer. The planarization layer includes a plurality of grooves in a region overlapping the bank, the bank includes a bank hole in a region overlapping some of the plurality of grooves, and the bank hole extends along a boundary between the first subpixel and the second subpixel.

    Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display panel with uniform luminance. A flattening layer including a contact hole is disposed on a substrate on which an auxiliary electrode is disposed. The contact hole in the flattening layer has an undercut pattern at a point contacting the auxiliary electrode. The organic light emitting layer is disconnected by the contact hole, but the common electrode is connected with the auxiliary electrode at an undercut pattern portion with a high step coverage as compared with the organic light emitting layer. Since the auxiliary electrode and the common electrode are connected with each other through the contact hole having the undercut pattern in the flattening layer, it is possible to preserve uniform luminance of the organic light emitting display panel.
