    Abstract: A touch display device can include a touch electrode implemented using a material and disposed on a transmissive area of a subpixel. The touch electrode can be disposed easily in a display panel which a transmittance is high. Furthermore, a short circuit prevention electrode can be disposed between a second electrode of a light-emitting element and the touch electrode to reduce a defect occurrence of the touch electrode in a process, and various types of touch sensing function can be provided or a performance of a touch sensing can be improved by using the short circuit prevention electrode as an electrode performing a certain function.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, as a plurality of first line parts disposed on a first sensor layer and a plurality of second line parts disposed on a second sensor layer are alternated to make a touch line, at least a portion of different touch lines can be disposed to be overlapped each other, thus a plurality of touch lines can be disposed while reducing or minimizing a reduction of an aperture ratio or a transmittance of a subpixel due to an arrangement of the touch line. Accordingly, a touch sensitivity can be enhanced by further disposing touch electrodes, or the touch display device having a large area with many channels can be implemented easily by further disposing touch lines.

    Abstract: Disclosed is to provide a touch display device and a method of manufacturing the same, in which a compensation pattern is formed in a portion where a stepped structure and touch lines intersect each other in the process of arranging the touch lines on a touch display panel, so that a residual film of the touch lines, which may be generated due to a step, can be removed. By removing the residual film of the touch lines, it is possible to prevent a phenomenon in which a short circuit of adjacent touch lines occurs during the process of arranging the touch lines. Through this, it is possible to provide a touch display panel capable of reducing a defective rate during the process of arranging the touch lines.

    Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display panel. Touch lines and contact pads are disposed between touch electrodes, arranged in touch electrode lines in the touch display panel, and a driver circuit. A total of the area of each touch line and the area of the corresponding contact pad has a predetermined value. Differences in parasitic capacitance among the touch lines according to the positions of the touch electrodes are compensated for. It is possible to prevent the accuracy of sensing from being lowered by differences in parasitic capacitance among the touch electrodes disposed in different positions.
