Abstract: A spa system is provided. A tankless water heater is connected to a water supply line providing water to the tankless water heater and a hot water line for providing heated water from the tankless water heater to a tub. A drain line is connected to the tub for draining water from the tub. A programmable controller operable in a plurality of modes comprising a fill mode in which a tub fill valve in the hot water line is activated to release water to the tub and a drain mode in which a tub drain valve in the drain line is activated to release water from the tub.
