Abstract:
A device for the application of a cosmetic and/or skin care product, includes an applicator element adapted for the application of the product. According to a preferred example, the device includes a first member having an aperture through which the applicator element extends, with a first part of the applicator element presenting an application surface projecting beyond a first side of the aperture. In addition, a second member forms a recess designed to receive therein a second part of the applicator element projecting beyond a second side of the aperture, with this second side being opposite the first side. The first member is connected to the second member by a hinge designed to pivot about an axis (Y) so as to allow the first member to move relative to the second member between a first position in which the second part is immobilized or held between the two members and a second position in which the applicator element is detachable.
Abstract:
A device for packaging and applying a product. According to an advantageous example, the device includes a container for storing the product, a product applicator including a rotating component capable of being inserted into the container in order to be loaded with product and capable of applying the product removed onto an application surface. The device further includes a member for capping the container that bears the applicator and an applicator wiping member. The wiping member can include, for example, a flat surface against which the rotating component rolls along. The invention can be particularly advantageous, for example, in packaging and applying a cosmetic or care product.
Abstract:
Device for packaging and dispensing products having a first container (2) for a first product, at least one second container (7) for a second product, which is designed to be assembled removably to the first container, this second container having an opening to allow the second product contained in the second container to be taken up, and a product applicator (14) configured in such a way as to be assembled removably to the second container so as to close off said opening.
Abstract:
An article for the application of a cosmetic product, particularly a makeup or skin care product, including at least one applicator having a first face constituting an application surface and a second face, opposite the first. The second face is at least partially covered by an adhesive layer, and the first face holds the product to be applied. A backing sheet covers the adhesive layer, before the first use, and the backing sheet includes a weakened zone or a cutout extending at least partially beneath the applicator and enables the sheet to be separated into at least two parts. The backing sheet projects beyond the applicator on at least one part of its periphery on each side of the weakened zone or the cutout.
Abstract:
The present application may include an applicator unit comprising an application member and a first part defining at least a first compartment and a second compartment. The first compartment may be configured to accommodate a product to be applied and may comprise a first opening extending substantially in a plane. The second compartment may be configured to accommodate an application member via a second opening. The applicator unit may further include a second part comprising a handle. The application member may be located at an end of the handle. The applicator unit may also comprise a retainer configured to releasably retain the first and second parts in an assembled position. The first part and the second parts may be configured so that, in the assembled position, the first and second openings are closed and the handle is arranged at least partially over the first opening. In the assembled position, the handle may define a portion of an external surface of the unit, and the application member may be arranged in the second compartment on an opposite side of the plane than the first compartment.
Abstract:
A device for packaging and applying a cosmetic or care product includes a container intended to contain the product and having at least one product outlet orifice. An applicator member is connected to the container so as to be in communication with the outlet orifice, and a cap is mounted removably on the container between a position covering the applicator member and a removed position. The cap is able to engage with the applicator member in order to close off the outlet orifice. The device includes a guide for guiding the cap in relation to the container, and configured such that the cap is guided in relation to the container along a translation path extending in at least two different directions.
Abstract:
A massage device (10), in particular for the scalp, comprising support means (18, 22, 42) and massage fingers (20) that are pivotally mounted to the support means and that are configured to move apart from one another when they are pressed against the scalp, each finger being connected to the support means via hinge means (38) that define at least one pivot axis (40) for the finger, the support means including pivot-limiter means (62) for the fingers that define the most spaced-apart position for the fingers.
Abstract:
An appliance or device for massaging and/or dispensing a product. A preferred example includes a container holding the product, preferably a cosmetic product, a housing to which the container is mounted, and a massage element mounted on this housing. A rotary driving arrangement drives the massage element about an axis of rotation of the massaging element relative to the housing. A conduit is in fluid communication between an outlet from the container and the massage element. The container is configured for the packaging and dispensing of the product under pressure, with the conduit being connected to an outlet of a dispensing valve on the container.
Abstract:
A device for packaging and method for applying a product configured to be applied on fibers. One example of the device includes a base incorporating a recess to accommodate a cup. This example of the device also includes a cup forming a seat for receiving a stick of product and a driving means for moving the cup relative to the base between a stowed position of the cup in the recess and a usage position in which an applicator portion of the stick emerges at least partially from an opening of the recess. The device includes a plurality of separator/comb elements extending around at least a portion of the opening of the recess, the separator/comb elements being configured so as to engage with the fibers to separate/comb them simultaneously to, or after the application of, the product onto the fibers by the applicator portion. A method is of using the device is also provided.
