摘要: It is possible to respecify the product (mass flow controller) corresponding to multiple types of actual process gases and multiple flow rate ranges, even after the mass flow controller has been shipped. With the mass flow rate control device in an initial state, calibration gas characteristic data is derived by measuring actual flow rate versus a flow rate setting signal using a calibration gas, and this calibration gas characteristic data is then saved to control unit. Meanwhile, actual gas characteristic data is derived by measuring actual flow rate versus a flow rate setting signal for each of a plurality of types of actual gas, and this actual gas characteristic data is then saved to a storage medium. Subsequently, prior to operating the mass flow rate control device, the actual gas characteristic data for an actual process gas is read from the storage medium via a computer, and the calibration gas characteristic data that was saved to the control unit is read out. The calibration gas characteristic data is then converted to controlled flow rate correction data based on the actual gas characteristic data, and the controlled flow rate correction data is saved to the control unit. Actual gas flow rate is corrected based on this controlled flow rate correction data.

摘要: From among high upland area determination data stored in a hard disk drive, only a portion corresponding to a required segmental region is read into an external memory along with traveling of a vehicle. Determining of a high upland area is then executed based on the portion of the high upland determination in the external storage device. When a high-upland division is present in a vicinity of a present position, a portion of the high upland area determination data is read into the external memory. The read portion of the high upland area determination data corresponds to a high upland area, which covers all the high-upland divisions adjacently existing starting from the high-upland division in the vicinity of the present position. When a high-upland division is not present in the vicinity of the present position, a portion of the high upland area determination data corresponding to a segmental region having a predetermined minimum range centering on the present position is read into the external memory.

摘要: Disclosed is a pre-emphasis circuit including a first parallel-to-serial converter, a second parallel-to-serial converter, a mixing circuit and a clock generating circuit. The first parallel-to-serial converter converts parallel data into first serial data, and the second parallel-to-serial converter converts the parallel data into second serial data. The mixing circuit receives the first serial data from the first parallel-to-serial converter and the second serial data from the second parallel-to-serial converter to output a signal emphasizing a change point of the first serial data. The clock generating circuit outputs a first set of clocks made up of clocks having mutually different phases and a second set of clocks made up of clocks having mutually different phases to the first and second parallel-to-serial converters, respectively. The first phase clock of the second set of clocks corresponds to the second phase clock of the first set of clocks.

摘要: The invention is intended to provide a mass flow control device incorporating a verification tank, in which the mass flow testing operations are conducted by the device itself. A mass flow control device comprises control means 18 for controlling a flow control valve mechanism based on an externally input flow set signal and a flow signal. The mass flow control device is equipped with a mass flow detector means 8 and a flow control valve mechanism 10 both of which are set in a channel 6 through which a fluid flows. The mass flow detector means 8 detects the mass flow of the fluid that flows through the channel and outputs the flow signal. The flow control valve mechanism 10 controls the mass flow by altering the valve aperture by means of valve drive signals. The mass flow control device is also equipped with a verification valve 42, a verification tank 44 and pressure detector means 46 in the channel. The verification valve 42 opens and closes the channel. The verification tank 44 has a certain volume. The pressure detector means 46 detects the pressure of the fluid and outputs pressure detection signals. The mass flow control device is also equipped with verification control means 48 which controls the detection valve and detection tank and pressure detector means to carry out the mass flow testing operations.
