    摘要: A method is provided for allocating physical transmission channels in a mobile radio cell, in which a base station, linked with a node of a mobile communication network; and a number of mobile terminals are present. In all mobile terminals and in the node of the mobile communication network the UMTS protocol architecture is implemented for at least the layer (2) and the layer (3) of the UMTS layer model. In at least one group of mobile terminals the physical transmission channel to be used for a multicast service is signaled for every mobile user terminal from the base station of the mobile radio cell. The present invention seeks to make the allocation of physical transmission channels in a mobile radio cell for a multicast service more efficient. Signaling of the allocation of a physical transmission channel to one of the mobile user terminals of the group from the node of the mobile communication network is carried out via the base station to the mobile user terminal by a general physical channel and system information is made available in advance to the group of mobile user terminals. The system information contains the configurations of the physical transmission channels for the multicast service and of the general physical channel. The system information further contains the information that the signaling of the allocation of the physical transmission channels is carried out on the general physical channel.

    摘要: In a method for adapting uplink signaling during multicasting, the user devices of a multicast group receive a multicast message from a network control unit via a radio channel (PMcCH) in a downlink connection. The radio channel is adapted with respect to its power by transmitting information in an uplink connection via a corresponding radio channel (UL-DPCCH). The radio channel (UL-DPCCH) is power-controlled via at least one associated common radio channel (DL-PMcCH) that is associated with one or more of the user devices by transmitting corresponding information in the downlink direction from the network control unit to the user devices. The information is then processed by the receiving user devices to adapt the power of the respective associated radio channels (UL-DPCCH) in the uplink direction.

    摘要: A method is provided for transmitting user data messages from a network element of a radio communication system via at least one transmission channel to at least one subscriber terminal of the radio communication system, whereby the form of the user data messages is announced before the transmission thereof via planning information. The planning information includes a first planning message by which the transmission of the user data messages is announced via a first separate transmission channel, and a second planning message by which description information is transmitted via at least one second transmission channel, the description information indicating the form of the user data messages to be transmitted. The form of the user data messages to be transmitted can include the data type and/or the codification of the user data messages. Announcing the form of the user data messages in the planning information enables the subscriber terminal to only intercept or receive the user data messages that it can actually process, thus enabling energy to be saved during reception and processing.

User data is transmitted between a mobile station and a first base station, the user data being combined into data units. With the relocation of the mobile station from the first base station to a second base station having a second higher-level network unit, the transmission-specific information stored in the first higher-level network unit is transmitted to the second higher-level network unit to continue the transmission after the relocation essentially directly from its latest state.
