摘要： A case for a stick-type cosmetic, which includes: a tubular case body having an open end, the body having parallel planar opposite side faces constituting a part of the outer peripheral face thereof, each of the side faces having a through slot; a receptacle for receiving the proximal end of the cosmetic, the receptacle being slidably received in the tubular body; a pair of coaxial pivots connected to the receptacle, the pivots being slidably received respectively in the through slots; and a lid including a head portion and a pair of spaced parallel leg portions, each of the leg portions having outer and inner opposite faces, the leg portions being pivotally connected to the receptacle through the pivots, the lid being movable to a closed position. When the lid is in the closed position, the head portion of the lid closes the open end of the body, and the entire inner faces of the leg portions are mated respectively with the entire side faces of the body. The outer peripheral face of the body includes a pair of curved faces, each extending between the side faces of the body. The outer faces of the leg portions are smoothly continuous to the curved faces of the body when the lid is in its closed position.

There is provided a process for producing a coated sheet, comprising coating a support, or undercoat layer superimposed on the support, with a coating liquid containing a thermosensitive polymeric compound reversibly exhibiting hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity depending on temperature change, characterized in that the coating liquid containing a thermosensitive polymeric compound is applied concurrently with application of a treatment liquid whose temperature is in the range in which the thermosensitive polymeric compound exhibits hydrophilicity, or after the application of the treatment liquid without drying after the application.

摘要： A slippage prevention piece integrally formed onto a main socket unit of a power supply connector socket blocks undesired removal of a fuse from the power supply connector. A locking mechanism is included in the connector socket and connector plug to more reliably hold the power supply connector intact. The locking mechanism further aids in preventing the removal of the fuse from the power supply connector. The fuse is prevented from accidental removal by vibrations or contact with external objects. The result is a power supply connector having a fuse which is securely held in place.

摘要： A reel for fishing is capable of mounting a fishing rod in its leading end in the direction in which a fishline is played out. The reel for fishing has a reel body which is provided with a spool on which the fishline is wound up, a handle to be driven to rotate the spool in the fishline-winding-up direction, and a grip portion to be held integrally with the reel body at the time of actual fishing. An opening is formed in the reel body, which opening is capable of smoothly thumbing the spool along the direction of the thumb which is gripping and holding the grip portion.
