    摘要: Cogranulates of high bulk density which easily disintegrate in water and comprise aluminosilicates and crystalline sodium silicates having a layered structure. The aluminosilicates contained therein are those of the formula M.sub.2/n O.Al.sub.2 O.sub.3. XSiO.sub.2. yH.sub.2 O in which M is an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, n indicates the valency of the cation, x is.gtoreq.2 and y has a value of between 0 and 8. The sodium silicates have an SiO.sub.2 /Na.sub.2 O ratio of (1.8 to 4.2):1. These cogranulates are prepared by mixing the pulverulent aluminosilicates and sodium silicates with one another and introducing the mixture into a zone in which it is compacted between two rolls rotating in opposite directions to form a compact. After comminution of the compact, the desired particle sizes are finally separated off from the oversize and undersize material. The cogranulates can be used in detergents and cleaning agents.

    摘要: Hexagonal phosphorus pentoxide of diminished reactivity is made by burning liquid yellow phosphorus with a mixture of dry air and pure oxygen inside a combustion zone with the resulting formation of a gas stream containing phosphorus pentoxide; next, the gas stream coming from the combustion zone is passed initially through an intermediary zone indirectly cooled by means of fluidized matter and then through a condensing zone fitted with an immersion tube indirectly cooled by means of fluidized matter; the gas stream is passed through the immersion tube at a mean temperature of 450.degree. to 600.degree. C. and allowed to remain in the immersion tube over a period of 2 to 5 seconds.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a process for defluorinating alkali metal phosphate solutions. To this end, the disclosure provides for an alkali metal phosphate solution neutralized to a pH-value of more than 6 and pre-purified to be stirred at 60.degree. to 120.degree. C. into an alkaline earth metal compound. Alkaline earth metal compounds with a solubility in water of less than 5 g/l are used in the form of particles of which more than 50% have a size of less than 8 .mu.m. After a reaction period of 0.5 to 4 hours, the precipitate obtained is separated from the purified alkali metal phosphate solution.

    摘要: For working up concentrated, preferably partially condensed phosphoric acid which is contaminated with organic components, the phosphoric acid is first thoroughly mixed with fine-grained sand in a weight ratio of (0.5 to 1.5):1. Then, to neutralize the mixture, a basic, oxygen-containing calcium compound is added, while the thorough mixing is continued, until a 10% aqueous suspension of the mixture to which the calcium compound has been added has a pH between 5 and 11. Finally, the mixture which contains the calcium compound is commminuted after cooling.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a process for purifying crude, concentrated wet-processed phosphoric acid. To this end, the disclosure provides:(a) for the organic solvent to be mixed with the starting product in a ratio by volume of more than 4:1 to effect the extraction in a single process step--from the crude wet-processed phosphoric acid--of a quantity of phosphoric acid necessary for 40 to 70 weight % of the P.sub.2 O.sub.5 used to go into the organic phase, and for the resulting aqueous phosphoric acid raffinate to contain at most 28-32 weight % P.sub.2 O.sub.5, and for the organic phosphoric acid solution to be separated from the phosphoric acid raffinate;(b) for the separated organic phosphoric acid solution to be scrubbed with a quantity of scrubbing solution corresponding at most to 5% of the volume of the phosphoric acid solution; for the scrubbing solution to be recycled into stage (a), and for purified phosphoric acid and phosphate salt solution, respectively, to be recovered in known manner from the scrubbed phosphoric acid solution; and(c) for the aqueous phosphoric acid raffinate produced in stage (a), if desired after prior removal of residual solvent therefrom, to be directly utilized or subjected to known purifying treatment.
