摘要： A first swash plate 18 is coupled to a drive shaft 16 to be rotatable integrally with the drive shaft 16. Single head pistons 23 are coupled to the first swash plate 18 via shoes 25A, 25B. Rotation of the drive shaft 16 rotates the first swash plate 18, which causes the pistons 23 to reciprocate and compress refrigerant gas. The first swash plate 18 supports an annular second swash plate 51 to be rotatable relative to the first swash plate 18 via a ball bearing 52. The second swash plate 51 is arranged between the first swash plate 18and the shoes 25B that receive a compressive load to be slidable with respect to the first swash plate 18 and the shoes 25B. Therefore, the first swash plate reliably slides with respect to the second swash plate.

摘要： A top ring has gas seal and oil control functions realizing approximately the same amount of oil consumption and blow-by gas as realized by three rings. A piston assembly includes a piston body having a top land portion and a ring groove on its periphery, and a piston ring having a U-shaped cross section including upper and lower leg portions and a base portion connecting the leg portions, and attached to the top land portion. Axial length from boundary of the base portion of the piston ring and the upper leg portion to a lower surface of the lower leg portion is larger than that from an upper surface of the top land portion to lower surface of the ring groove fitting the lower leg portion. Alternatively, axial grooves are on a thrust side of the top land portion, or a V-shaped annular groove is in a second land portion.

摘要： A cyclonic vacuum cleaner which suppresses the flow of dust-laden airflow to the outside of a dust collection container, even if fine or comparatively light dust particles ascend together with a vortex flow. Fine dust particles mixed in the vortex flow are captured by a filter 23 of a first vent hole 21 provided at a lower end of a base 19 of a vortex flow generating member 18. If the filter 23 is clogged with such particles to some extent, yet the airflow inside a dust collection container 15 is allowed to pass through a second vent hole 22 formed on the side surface of the base 19 of the vortex flow generating member 18 into an intake hole 12. As a result, a constant amount of airflow is insured. Further, owing to a skirt portion 25 provided around the first vent hole 21, the travel of the dust particles toward the second vent hole 22 can be prevented even though the dust particles captured by the filter 23 are carried on the vortex flow toward the second vent hole 22.

Each of the outer layers includes (A) an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer having a density of less than 0.910 g/cm.sup.3 but not less than 0.870 g/cm.sup.3 and an ethylene content of at least 50 mol % and showing only one endothermic peak when analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), (B) an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.910-0.935 g/cm.sup.3 and an ethylene content of at least 50 mol %, and (C) an anti-fogging agent. The density of (B) is greater by at least 0.008 g/cm.sup.3 than that of (A).
