Abstract: There is provided a method of punching a fiber-reinforced resin plate, the method including: heating a fiber-reinforced resin plate, that is formed in a plate shape and is formed with a thermoplastic resin impregnated into a reinforcing fiber fabric, with a pre-heating section such that a surface temperature of the fiber-reinforced resin plate is at least a glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin; and punching the heated fiber-reinforced resin plate to a predetermined external shape with a punching section that is provided with a Thomson blade.
