Abstract: An optical transmission device which performs relaying between a terminal device and a server via an optical network device, the terminal device and the server establishing connection with each other, includes a request detection unit which detects a connection establishment request transmitted to the server by the optical network device on the basis of a connection establishment request transmitted to the server by the terminal device, a response detection unit which detects an acknowledgment transmitted to the terminal device by the server on the basis of the connection establishment request detected by the request detection unit, and a band allocation unit which, if the response detection unit detects the acknowledgment, performs allocation so as to expand a band over which the optical network device is capable of transmission to the server, regardless of presence or absence of a buffer amount notification to be transmitted by the optical network device.

Abstract: In a signal transfer system including a signal transfer management apparatus and a plurality of signal transfer apparatuses connected in multiple stages and forming a network between a distribution station apparatus and a central station apparatus, a signal transfer apparatus on an upper side among the plurality of signal transfer apparatuses transmits a timing adjustment request to at least one of a plurality of signal transfer apparatuses on a lower side when discard of a signal received from the plurality of signal transfer apparatuses on the lower side has been detected or when an amount of traffic of a plurality of signals received from the plurality of signal transfer apparatuses on the lower side exceeds a predetermined threshold value, and the signal transfer apparatus on the lower side that has received the timing adjustment request from the signal transfer apparatus on the upper side adjusts opening and closing timings of a gate based on the timing adjustment request. This can prevent the occurrence of a microburst.

Abstract: Signal transfer devices that relay base stations of service providers that perform communication with radio terminals and an aggregation station that controls the base stations, and a route control device that controls signal distribution to user network interfaces (UNIs) and network network interfaces (NNIs) of each of the signal transfer devices, are included. The route control device includes an allocation information acquisition unit that acquires allocation information of frequency to each of the base stations; a band adjustment unit that adjusts an MBH band for each of the UNIs, on the basis of correspondence relation information representing a correspondence relation between the UNIs and the service providers, band information indicating a maximum MBH band of each of the UNIs, and the allocation information; and a distribution determination unit that determines signal distribution to each of the NNIs, on the basis of the MBH band adjusted by the band adjustment unit and configuration information representing a connection configuration of each of the signal transfer devices. The signal transfer device transmits a signal from each of the NNIs on the basis of the signal distribution to each of the NNIs determined by the distribution determination unit.

Abstract: An uplink transmission band and a downlink transmission band that are allocated to each of a plurality of users are determined based on allocation information indicating allocation of a frequency bandwidth available to each of the plurality of users, and are output as uplink transmission band allocation information and downlink transmission band allocation information, respectively. Based on the downlink transmission band allocation information, downlink signals output from a plurality of wireless control devices toward a plurality of wireless devices for each of the plurality of users, and the uplink transmission band allocation information are multiplexed, and the multiplexed signal is demultiplexed into downlink signals for each of the plurality of users and the uplink transmission band allocation information. Based on the demultiplexed uplink transmission band allocation information, the uplink transmission band allocated to each of the plurality of users is changed, and uplink signals output from the plurality of wireless devices toward the plurality of wireless control devices for each of the plurality of users are multiplexed according to the changed uplink transmission band and then, the multiplexed signal is demultiplexed into the uplink signals for each of the plurality of users.
