摘要： An artificial nipple can include a nipple body portion connected to a mounting structure that is configured for mounting the nipple on an infant feeding bottle. A mammary papilla leading end portion can be disposed at the leading end portion of a mammary papilla portion and have a leading end opening portion. The inner layer on the inner side of the wall is formed of a shape holding layer made of a material having a rigidity capable of holding the wall shape. The outer layer on the surface side of the wall is formed of a tongue abutting layer having a smooth face. Between the shape holding layer and the tongue abutting layer there is disposed a deformation absorbing layer which is made of a material having a lower rigidity than that of the material of the shape holding layer and the tongue abutting layer.

摘要： A manual breast pump which can be handled conveniently and disassembled with ease for cleaning or other purposes although it would not be disassembled by error in operation. The manual breast pump can include a conical suction portion, which is made to abut a breast and includes a breast pump main body that is held in communication with a bottle, and a lever with long shape in a direction and detachably fitted to the breast pump main body at a middle position thereof by means of a rotative and supportive shaft. The lever is adapted to turn in opposite directions around the shaft. The lever is operated so as to relatively reciprocate a piston and generate negative pressure so that the suction portion that is held in communication with an internal space of the lever sucks milk and causes the sucked milk to fall into the bottle.

摘要： The present disclosed subject matter provides a breast pump in which, by means of an operation performed by a user, the negative pressure (suctioning pressure) can be adjusted in accordance with the amount of the operation in a linear fashion without the occurrence of a steep gradient, and the negative pressure can be readily adjusted even during the expression of milk. The breast pump comprises: pressure changing means or structure, connected to a milk expressing section, for alternately generating a negative pressure state and at least an atmospheric pressure state as a pressure higher than the negative pressure state; a deformable member which is provided so as to liquid-tightly separate a sealed space formed by abutment of the milk expressing section against the user's breast during the expression of milk, or a space connected to the sealed space, from the pressure changing means or structure, and which is capable of deforming elastically in order to adjust the negative pressure state of the milk expressing section by transmission of the pressure that is changed by the pressure changing means or structure; and pressure adjustment means or structure for adjusting the negative pressure by adjusting the amount of deformation of the deformable member.

The holding opening can be smaller than the outer perimeter of the engagement portion.

摘要： A breast pump can be configured to be capable of easily attaching/detaching a primary side serving as a sealed space which is in communication with a milking space and allows the passage of breast milk, with a secondary side in which a case is connected with a pressure changing apparatus. The breast pump can include a breast pump main body connected to the pressure changing apparatus by a conduit, wherein a milking part is disposed so as to liquid-tightly separate a sealed space (or a space that is in fluid communication with the sealed space), and the pressure changing apparatus from each other. A pressure transmission part for transmitting pressure changed by the pressure changing apparatus can be provided. The pressure transmission part can include a deformable part where a volume in the sealed space can be deformed by a pressure fluctuation generated by the pressure changing apparatus. A case can accommodate the deformable part and be connected with the pressure changing apparatus at one end, and the other end of the case can include attachment structure for communicably attaching/detaching the case with the portion of the milking part that forms the sealed space.
