Abstract: A method for capturing a packet from an encrypted session established between a terminal unit and a data server. The packet includes a datum for determining a security key used for the encryption of the packet. The method is implemented by a device routing the packet between the terminal unit and the data server and includes: analysis of a plurality of packets transmitted by the terminal unit and destined for the server; identification of a cooperation packet from among the plurality of analyzed packets, the cooperation packet including the determining datum corresponding to a security key used for the encryption of packets transmitted by the terminal unit to the data server prior to the terminal unit sending the cooperation packet; and decryption of the received cooperation packet using a security key corresponding to the determining datum from the identified cooperation packet.

Abstract: A method is provided for managing notifications between a user agent installed in a mobile terminal and a web server. The method includes the following acts, carried out by an intermediate piece of equipment: receiving a notification message from the mobile terminal in accordance with a first protocol designed for transmission over a signaling channel, the notification message including notification data from the user agent; generating a notification message in accordance with a second protocol designed for transmission over the Internet network, in which the notification data is inserted; and transmitting to the web server, of the notification message in accordance with the second protocol. Also provided are an intermediate piece of equipment implementing these acts, as well as a method for sending a notification message and a mobile terminal implementing such a sending method.

Abstract: A method for controlling, in a communications network, recommendation messages exchanged during a session between a first endpoint, referred to as a source entity, and a second endpoint, referred to as a receiving entity. The messages are exchanged via a tube grouping data packets of a communication protocol with no guarantee of the delivery of the data packets. The method includes: obtaining recommendations contained in the recommendation messages via a control entity located on a network path of the tube, the control entity being authorized by an operator of the communications network; calculating a new recommendation message, on the basis of the recommendations obtained and of at least one information item relating to conditions of the network provided by the control entity; and sending the new recommendation message to at least one network entity located at one end of the tube.
