摘要: A computing system including a processor configured to receive packet preamble binary data and packet header binary data associated with a satellite. The processor may generate a simulated signal that encodes the packet preamble binary data and the packet header binary data. The processor may receive a satellite downlink signal. Within each of a plurality of sample intervals of the satellite downlink signal, the processor may compute a respective correlation between the satellite downlink signal and at least a portion of the simulated signal. The processor may select an identified sample interval of the plurality of sample intervals based at least in part on the plurality of correlations. The processor may decode binary satellite signal data based at least in part on the identified sample of the satellite downlink signal. The processor may output the binary satellite signal data.

摘要: A framework for joint computation, caching, and request forwarding in data-centric computing-based networks comprises a virtual control plane, which operates on request counters for computations and data, and an actual plane, which handles computation requests, data requests, data objects and computation results in the physical network. A throughput optimal policy, implemented in the virtual plane, provides a basis for adaptive and distributed computation, caching, and request forwarding in the actual plane. The framework provides superior performance in terms of request satisfaction delay as compared with several baseline policies over multiple network topologies.

摘要: A technology is provided for invoking a random linear network coding (RLNC) communications protocol between a client and server in a network. In one example, a synchronize message requesting a network connection to a server can contain an indication that a client supports the RLNC communications protocol to encode and decode data packets using random linear network coding. The server can analyze the synchronize message for the indication that the client supports the RLNC communications protocol and send an acknowledge message to the client indicating that the server supports the RLNC communications protocol. Thereafter, the server can listen on a communications channel for a connection request sent by the client to communicate with the server using the RLNC communications protocol.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a Flow Specification-based communications method, device, and system. The method includes: obtaining, by a controller, a requirement indicating that a first resource on a forwarding device needs to be associated with a second resource on the forwarding device; and sending, by the controller, a Border Gateway Protocol Flow Specification BGP Flow Spec protocol packet according to the requirement, where the BGP Flow Spec protocol packet includes a network layer reachability information field and an extended community attribute field, the network layer reachability information field carries characteristic information of the first resource, the extended community attribute field carries a global identifier GID used to indicate the second resource, and the BGP Flow Spec protocol packet is used to instruct to associate the first resource with the second resource.

摘要: A Location/Identifier Separation Protocol (LISP) mapping server, including: a network interface for communicating with a LISP-enabled network; a mapping database; an extranet policy table; and a shared subnetwork mapping engine (SSME), including at least a hardware platform, configured to: receive a map request from a first endpoint serviced by a first xTR, the first endpoint on a first subnetwork, the map request for a second endpoint; determine that the second endpoint is not a member of the first subnetwork; query the extranet policy table to identify a second subnetwork that the first subnetwork subscribes to, and to determine that the second endpoint is a member of the second subnetwork; and provide to the first subnetwork a routing locator (RLOC) of an xTR servicing the second endpoint.

摘要: The invention relates to a device and a method for processing requests. In particular, the invention concerns building a dependency tree between the requests received from the client device for prioritizing the processing of the requests by the server device; maintaining a list of requests of the dependency tree in their removal order from the dependency tree while the server device is prioritizing the processing of the requests; and removing a selection of requests from the dependency tree wherein the selection is based on the order of requests in the list.

摘要: A data packet structure conveys data of service data units (SDU) using protocol data units (PDU). The data packet structure includes a data packet payload having at least one protocol data unit (PDU). A protocol data unit (PDU) includes a service data unit (SDU) or a fragment of a service data unit and a data packet header including an indicator indicating whether or not the data packet payload begins with a protocol data unit (PDU) being a fragment of a service data unit and whether or not the data packet payload ends with a protocol data unit (PDU) being a fragment of a service data unit.

摘要: Described herein is a wireless receiver configured to receive wireless signals containing data packets transmitted according to an undetermined communications protocol selected from at least a first communications protocol and a second communications protocol. Without necessarily decoding the data packets, for example according to either the first or the second communication protocol, the described wireless receiver is able to concurrently detect presence of signal transmission in the first communications protocol or the second communications protocol. In some arrangements, the described wireless receiver may be configured to differentiate between the first communications protocol and the second communications protocol. The ability of the wireless receiver to detect presence of signal transmission by other wireless devices may provide intelligence to an associated wireless transmitter of any concurrent signal transmission so as to minimize interference.
