Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate, a wire having an inner edge including first and second portions, a first insulating layer covering a portion of the substrate, and a second insulating layer. The portion of the substrate covered by the first insulating layer is closer to a center of the substrate than the wire, the first insulating layer covers a part of the first portion of the wire and a part of the second portion of the wire, and a first end of the first insulating layer is disposed on the wire. The second insulating layer covers the first insulating layer and has a second end disposed on the wire. A distance between the first end and the second end covering the first portion of the wire is different from a distance between the first end and the second end covering the second portion of the wire.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate including pixel areas and a pixel separating area; a plurality of pixels; a plurality of spacers in the pixel separating area and spaced apart from each other; and a touch electrode unit disposed over the plurality of pixels and spacers. The touch electrode unit includes first touch electrodes arranged in a first direction and second touch electrodes arranged in a second direction. The touch electrode unit includes a plurality of touch pattern unit blocks repeatedly arranged. Each touch pattern unit block includes portions of each of neighboring first touch electrodes and portions of each of neighboring second touch electrodes. The spacers of each touch pattern unit block corresponds to a plurality of spacer pattern unit blocks repeatedly arranged. Each spacer pattern unit includes at least one spacer and is smaller than the touch pattern unit block.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate divided into an encapsulation area and a non-encapsulation area. The display device includes an interlayer insulating layer disposed over the substrate. The display device includes a first inner contact hole passing through the interlayer insulating layer in the encapsulation area, and connecting an inner conductive layer to an inner lower conductive layer. The display device includes an outer contact hole passing through the interlayer insulating layer in the non-encapsulation area, and connecting an outer conductive layer to an outer lower conductive layer. A slope angle formed by a lateral wall of the outer contact hole with respect to an upper surface of the substrate is less than a slope angle formed by a lateral wall of the first inner contact hole with respect to the upper surface of the substrate.

Abstract: A display device includes a display portion defining a display area and including a plurality of pixels, a scan driver disposed in a non-display area that is outside of the display area, and a plurality of scan connection lines. Each of the pixels is connected to a scan line from among a plurality of scan lines and a data line from among a plurality of data lines. The scan connection lines connect the scan driver to the scan lines. Each of the scan connection lines is connected to one of the scan lines through a contact hole disposed in at least one insulating layer, which is disposed between the scan lines and the scan connection lines in a cross-sectional view.
