摘要: The present disclosure relates to a display substrate, including: a substrate including a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region, the peripheral region including a first wiring region, the first wiring region including a first sub-wiring region disposed along a first direction away from the display region; a first conductive layer located on the substrate; a first dielectric layer located on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer located on the first dielectric layer; a second dielectric layer located on the second conductive layer; a third conductive layer located on the second dielectric layer; a third dielectric layer as a planarization layer located on the third conductive layer; a fourth conductive layer located on the third dielectric layer. The fourth wiring is electrically connected to the third wiring. An orthographic projection of the fourth wiring on the substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the third wiring on the substrate.

摘要: Flexible display devices, such as flexible cover lens films, are discussed and provided herein. The flexible cover lens film has good strength, elasticity, optical transmission, wear resistance, and thermostability. The cover lens film includes a hard coat layer with a thickness from about 5 μm to 40 μm, an impact absorption layer with a thickness from about 20 μm to 110 μm, and a substrate layer with a thickness from about 10 μm to 175 μm and is disposed between the hard coat layer and the impact absorption layer. By combining the hard coat layer and the impact resistant layer, the cover lens film is both flexible and strong with hardness from 6H to 9H.

摘要: An organic electronic device including a substrate, an organic electronic element formed on the substrate, and an encapsulation film encapsulating the organic electronic element. The organic electronic element includes a transparent electrode formed on the substrate, and a light emitting organic material layer formed on the transparent electrode. The light emitting organic material layer includes a hole transport layer, an emitting layer and an electron transport layer. The encapsulation film includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition or a crosslinked product thereof. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a polymer derived from butylene, and has a Mooney viscosity (η*) of 5000 Pa·s to 107 Pa·s measured by a shear stress using a planar jig having a diameter of 8 mm at a strain of 5%, a frequency of 1 Hz and any one temperature point in the range of 30° C. to 150° C.
