Abstract: An apparatus for non-invasively measuring a triglyceride level based on bio-impedance and a method thereof are provided. The apparatus for measuring a triglyceride level according to an embodiment includes: an impedance sensor configured to measure bio-impedance of a user; and a processor configured to extract a bio-resistance value in a predetermined frequency band from the measured bio-impedance, to input user information and the extracted bio-resistance value to a learning model, and to measure a triglyceride level based on an output value of the learning model.
