Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a circuit layer on a first surface of the substrate; a circuit board on a second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface; and a display driving circuit on the circuit board to supply data signals of data lines. The substrate includes: a first support layer and a second support layer; and a pad conductive layer between the first support layer and the second support layer, and including signal pads connected to the circuit board, and pad connection lines connected to the signal pads. The circuit layer further includes: data connection lines in a non-display area electrically connected to the data lines; and data bridge lines electrically connecting data pad connection lines of the pad connection lines and the data connection lines to each other. An end of each of the data bridge lines is aligned with an edge of the substrate.
