    Abstract: A display device includes a display area and a non-display area; pixels disposed in the display area; a pad area including pads, the pad area being disposed in the non-display area; first power lines electrically connected to the pixels in the display area; first fan-out lines extending in a first direction in the non-display area, the first fan-out lines being electrically connected to the pads; and a first power connection line extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction in the non-display area, the first power connection line electrically connecting the first power lines to the first fan-out lines. A width of a central part of the first power connection line in the first direction is wider than a width of an outer part of the first power connection line in the first direction.

Each of the stages includes an input circuit controlling voltages of a first node and a second node, an output circuit supplying a voltage of first power or a second power to an output terminal, a first signal processor controlling a voltage of a fourth node based on a signal supplied to a third input terminal and a voltage of a fifth node, a second signal processor controlling the voltage of the fourth node in response to the voltage of a third node, a first stabilizer limiting voltage drops of the first node and the second node, and a second stabilizer controlling an electrical connection between the third node and the first node in response to the voltage of the fourth node.

    Abstract: A pixel according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes a light emitting element, a pulse width control circuit that is electrically connected to a data line to which a data voltage is applied, generates an emission control signal having a pulse width depending on the data voltage, and outputs the emission control signal, and a pixel driving circuit that receives the emission control signal and supplies a driving current to the light emitting element for a period according to the pulse width of the emission control signal. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a pixel displaying images of various grayscales by controlling a period in which the light emitting element emits light, a method for driving the same, and a display device including the same may be provided.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first pixel. The first pixel includes a first light emitting unit electrically connected between a first power line and a second power line. A first driving transistor is electrically connected between the first power line and the first light emitting unit, and controls a current flowing into the first light emitting unit, based on a first data signal from a first data line to a gate electrode. A first initialization transistor is electrically connected between the gate electrode of the first driving transistor and a third power line. A first switching transistor is electrically connected between a first electrode of the first light emitting unit and a first sub-power line. The first light emitting unit includes light emitting elements. The first driving transistor includes a first semiconductor material, and the first initialization transistor includes a second semiconductor material different from the first semiconductor material.
