Abstract: A fingerprint sensor includes: a gate line on a substrate and configured to supply a gate signal; a reset voltage line configured to supply a reset voltage; an initialization voltage line configured to supply an initialization voltage; a read-out line on the gate line and configured to supply a sensing signal; a light receiving element on the read-out line; a first sensor transistor configured to supply a sensing current based on a voltage of a sensor node, which is a first electrode of the light receiving element; a second sensor transistor comprising a second-first sensor transistor and a second-second sensor transistor connected in series between the reset voltage line and a gate electrode of the first sensor transistor; and a third sensor transistor comprising a third-first sensor transistor and a third-second sensor transistor connected in series between the read-out line and a first electrode of the first sensor transistor.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a circuit layer, and an element layer. The substrate includes a display area, and a non-display area. The display area includes emission areas, a non-emission area, and light sensing areas in parts of the non-emission area. The element layer includes light emitting elements in the emission areas, and light sensing elements in the light sensing areas. The circuit layer includes light emitting pixel drivers, light sensing pixel drivers, data lines, read-out lines extending parallel to the data lines, first dummy lines extending in a first direction, and second dummy lines extending in a second direction and respectively paired with the data lines. The first dummy lines include a first read-out bypass line electrically connected to a first read-out line. The second dummy lines include a first read-out connection line electrically connected to the first read-out bypass line.

Abstract: A display device includes display pixels each including a light emitting part including a light emitting element and a pixel driver applying a driving current to the light emitting element, and light sensing pixels each including a light sensing part including an optical element and a sensing driver, the sensing driver applying a sensing current to a sensing line according to a photocurrent of the optical element. The sensing driver includes a first sensing transistor controlling the sensing current flowing through the sensing line according to a voltage of a first electrode of the optical element, and a second sensing transistor initializing the first electrode of the optical element to a first level voltage. A channel layer of the first sensing transistor and a channel layer of the second sensing transistor are made of different materials.
