    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of display pads, a portion of the plurality of display pads being extended along a first direction and arranged along a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a flexible circuit board including a plurality of substrate pads electrically connected to the plurality of display pads, and a plurality of dummy pads spaced apart from the plurality of substrate pads and arranged in parallel to the plurality of substrate pads along the second direction, a portion of the plurality of dummy pads have an extension length in the first direction and a width in the second direction substantially same as an extension length in the first direction and a width in the second direction, respectively, of the plurality of substrate pads.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus. The display apparatus may include a display panel, a peripheral region, an electronic component, and a gap-fill layer. The display panel defines a display region. The peripheral region is adjacent to the display region. The peripheral region includes lines and pads. The lines are disposed in the peripheral region, and the pads are connected to the lines. The electronic component includes connecting pads in contact with the pads. The gap-fill layer is between the display panel and the electronic component, between the connection pads, between the pads, and in the openings. Each of the pads may overlap at least two pads of the connection pads, and the openings may overlap between the connection pads, when viewed in a plan view.

    Abstract: A display panel measures a contact resistance of an adhesive portion to evaluate adhesion quality of an integrated circuit mounted thereon. The display panel includes a plurality of light-emitting elements, a first pad part including a plurality of first effective pads electrically connected to the light-emitting elements, and n (n being a natural number equal to or greater than 2) first measuring pads insulated from the light-emitting elements, a conductive adhesive film on the first pad part and including a plurality of conductive balls, an integrated circuit on the conductive adhesive film, and including an internal line electrically connected to the first measuring pads by the conductive balls, and a second pad part including a plurality of second effective pads electrically connected to the first effective pads, and 2n second measuring pads electrically connected to the first measuring pads.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a sealing substrate opposing the substrate, and including a first surface adjacent to the substrate and a second surface opposing the first surface; a pixel unit between the substrate and the sealing substrate; a sealing member between the substrate and the sealing substrate, spaced apart from the pixel unit, and bonding the substrate and the sealing substrate to each other; a touch sensing unit on the second surface of the sealing substrate; a touch pad on the second surface of the sealing substrate, and overlapping the sealing member; and a touch circuit board on the touch pad and connected to the touch pad. The touch pad includes: a first conductive pad; and a second conductive pad on the first conductive pad, and having an area less than an area of the first conductive pad.
