    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of panel pads, a connection board including a plurality of connection lines, and a circuit board including a plurality of board pads. The plurality of connection lines are spaced apart from each other. Each of a connection line among the plurality of connection lines includes: a first end portion at which the connection line is connected to the display panel, the first end portion being in direct contact with a panel pad, and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion and at which the connection line is connected to the circuit board, the second end portion being in contact with a board pad.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area, a peripheral area outside the display area, and a pad area within the peripheral area; a testing circuit unit disposed within the pad area; a cover layer covering the testing circuit unit; an output pad disposed within the pad area and arranged between the testing circuit unit and the display area; an input pad disposed within the pad area, disposed at an opposite side with respect to the plurality of output pads; and a protective layer covering the output pad and the input pad, and, on a plane, an end of the protective layer is apart from the cover layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a sealing substrate opposing the substrate, and including a first surface adjacent to the substrate and a second surface opposing the first surface; a pixel unit between the substrate and the sealing substrate; a sealing member between the substrate and the sealing substrate, spaced apart from the pixel unit, and bonding the substrate and the sealing substrate to each other; a touch sensing unit on the second surface of the sealing substrate; a touch pad on the second surface of the sealing substrate, and overlapping the sealing member; and a touch circuit board on the touch pad and connected to the touch pad. The touch pad includes: a first conductive pad; and a second conductive pad on the first conductive pad, and having an area less than an area of the first conductive pad.
