Abstract: A display device of the invention includes: a pixel portion including first pixel rows connected to first scan lines and second pixel rows connected to second scan lines; a scan driver including first and second stages connected to the first scan lines and the second scan lines; and a data driver connected to the first and second pixel rows through same data lines. The first stages are connected to first clock lines, the second stages are connected to second clock lines, a first start stage of the first stages and a second start stage of the second stages are connected to a same scan start line, each first stage excluding the first start stage is connected to a first scan line of a previous first stage, and each second stage excluding the second start stage is connected to a second scan line of a previous second stage.

Abstract: Provided is a display device. The display device comprises a substrate, and a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on the substrate and including alight emitting element and a sub-pixel circuit driving the light emitting element. The sub-pixel circuit comprises a driving transistor controlling a driving current flowing through the light emitting element, a first transistor and a second transistor connected in series between a first node, which is a drain electrode of the driving transistor, and a second node, which is a gate electrode of the driving transistor, to receive the same scan signal, and a gate auxiliary electrode disposed on a gate electrode of the first transistor or the second transistor. The gate auxiliary electrode is connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor or the second transistor.

Abstract: A display device includes scan lines for scan signals, data lines for data voltages, and pixels connected to the scan and data lines, where each of the pixels includes a first transistor configured to control a driving current which flows from a first electrode to a second electrode according to a voltage applied to a gate electrode, a light-emitting element connected to the second electrode and configured to emit light according to the driving current, and a third transistor electrically connected between the gate electrode and the second electrode, the third transistor includes an active layer including a first region connected to the second electrode of the first transistor, a second region connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, and a channel region between the first region and the second region, and electrical resistance of the second region is greater than electrical resistance of the first region.
