    Abstract: A data driver includes: a signal generator which includes a staircase waveform gray voltage signal generator which generate a plurality of staircase waveform gray voltage signals using a lowest gamma reference voltage, a highest gamma reference voltage, and a plurality of gamma voltages having a magnitude between the lowest gamma reference voltage and the highest gamma reference voltage; and a channel driver which includes a decoder which output one staircase waveform gray voltage signal selected from the staircase waveform gray voltage signals, an output circuit which output a gray voltage corresponding to the selected staircase waveform gray voltage signal, and a reset unit which supplies one of the gamma voltages to the output circuit as a reset voltage.

    Abstract: Provided herein is a sub-pixel including first to seventh transistors, first and second capacitors, and a light emitting element, and a display device including the sub-pixel. A body terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first power line. In the sub-pixel and the display device including the sub-pixel in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, mitigation of the body effect may lead to an improvement in display quality.

    Abstract: An analog front-end includes a (1-1)-th charge amplifier configured to differentially amplify a first and second sensing signals provided to a (1-1)-th input terminal and a (1-2)-th input terminal, respectively, and output a (1-1)-th differential signal. A (1-2)-th charge amplifier is configured to differentially amplify the second sensing signal and a third sensing signal provided to a (1-3)-th input terminal and a (1-4)-th input terminal, respectively, and output a (1-2)-th differential signal. A second charge amplifier is configured to differentially amplify the (1-1)-th differential signal and the (1-2)-th differential signal provided to a (2-1)-th input terminal and a (2-2)-th input terminal, respectively, and output a (2-1)-th differential signal and a (2-2)-th differential signal. A demodulation circuit is configured to filter the (2-1)-th differential signal and the (2-2)-th differential signal and output demodulated differential signals. An analog-to-digital converter is configured to output a sensing value based on the demodulated differential signals.
