    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device and a flat-display apparatus, the organic light-emitting device including: a charge generating layer between two adjacent emission units, the charge generating layer including an n-type charge generating layer and a p-type charge generating layer, wherein at least one of the n-type and the p-type charge generating layers includes a first inorganic material selected from a late transition metal, a metalloid, a compound including late transition metals, a compound including metalloids, a compound including a late transition metal and a metalloid, and combinations thereof, the late transition metal is at least one selected from Al, Ga, In, Tl, Sn, Pb, Fl, Bi, and Po, the metalloid is at least one selected from B, Si, Ge, As, Sb, Te, and At, and when the late transition metal is at least one selected from Al, In, and Pb, the first inorganic material is the compound including a late transition metal and a metalloid.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; m emission units stacked between the first electrode and the second electrode, each emission unit including at least one emission layer; and m−1 charge generating layers respectively located between two adjacent emission units among them emission units, each of the charge generating layers including one n-type charge generating region and one p-type charge generating region, wherein m is an integer of 2 or more, and at least one of the m−1 p-type charge generating regions includes a phosphate-containing compound.

    Abstract: A light-emitting device includes: a plurality of first electrodes disposed according to a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, a third sub-pixel, and a fourth sub-pixel, respectively; a second electrode facing the plurality of first electrodes; a first emission layer disposed in the first sub-pixel and emitting first color light; a third emission layer disposed in the third sub-pixel and emitting third color light; a fourth emission layer disposed in the fourth sub-pixel and emitting near-infrared (NIR) light having a maximum emission wavelength of about 680 nm or more; and a first layer integrated with the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, the third sub-pixel, and the fourth sub-pixel.
