Abstract: A display device includes a first display substrate including a light emitting element which emits light of a first color or light of a second color different from the first color, a second display substrate including in order toward the first display substrate, a layer including both a bank layer defining an opening and a wavelength control pattern in the opening, a capping layer covering the wavelength control pattern and the bank layer, and a color absorbing layer which corresponds to the bank layer and blocks the light of the first color and the light of the second color. The capping layer includes a first area corresponding to the color absorbing layer, the bank layer includes a second area corresponding to the color absorbing layer, and the first area of the capping layer is between the color absorbing layer and the second area of the bank layer.

Abstract: A display device is provided. An embodiment of a display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, first and second partition walls disposed on the second substrate, the second partition wall being disposed outside the first partition wall, a first trench disposed inside the first partition wall and having a first width, a second trench disposed between the first and second partition walls and having a second width greater than the first width; an alignment key disposed to overlap the second trench; a first spacer disposed on the alignment key, and a sealing member disposed along an edge between the first substrate and the second substrate without overlapping the alignment key, wherein the first spacer partially overlaps the first partition wall, the second partition wall, and the sealing member.

Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including an alignment area in a non-display area, and a display area including a plurality of material layers on the substrate; in the alignment area, a plurality of keys including a first alignment key and a second alignment key. Each alignment key includes a light blocking pattern, a layer pattern and a display pattern. The position of the display pattern within the first alignment key is different from the position of the display pattern within the second alignment key, the layer pattern of the alignment key and one material layer among the plurality of material layers are respective portions of a same material layer on the substrate, and the layer pattern of the first alignment key and the layer pattern of the second alignment key are respective portions of different material layers among the plurality of material layers on the substrate.

Abstract: A light conversion substrate includes a first substrate having a first region, a second region, and a third region. A first light conversion pattern is disposed on the first region and includes first wavelength conversion particles. A second light conversion pattern is disposed on the second region and is spaced apart from the first light conversion pattern and includes second wavelength conversion particles. A first scattering pattern is disposed on the third region to fill a space between the first light conversion pattern and the second light conversion pattern and includes first scattering particles. The first scattering pattern overlaps a portion of the first light conversion pattern and a portion of the second light conversion pattern in a direction of the thickness of the first substrate.
