Abstract: Improved manufacturing using a printer that deposits a liquid to fabricate a layer having specified thickness includes automated adjustment or print parameters based on ink or substrate characteristics which have been specifically measured or estimated. In one embodiment, ink spreading characteristics are used to select droplet size used to produce a particular layer, and/or to select a specific baseline volume/area or droplet density that is then scaled and/or adjusted to provide for layer homogeneity. In a second embodiment, expected per-droplet particulars are used to interleave droplets in order to carefully control melding of deposited droplets, and so assist with layer homogeneity. The liquid layer is then cured or baked to provide for a permanent structure.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer on the substrate, the semiconductor layer comprising a first semiconductor portion, a first insulating layer on the semiconductor layer, a first gate electrode on the first insulating layer and overlapping the first semiconductor portion, a scan line disposed on the first insulating layer and extending in a first direction, a second insulating layer on the first gate electrode and the scan line, a data line on the second insulating layer, and a first driving voltage line on the second insulating layer. The first driving voltage line may include a first portion extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a second portion expanding from the first portion in the first direction. The first portion may overlap the scan line, and the second portion may overlap the first gate electrode in a plan view to form a storage capacitor.

Abstract: A pixel driving circuit includes a first thin film transistor having a double-gate structure, a conductive layer and a second thin film transistor. The first thin film transistor includes a first active layer. The first active layer includes a first and second semiconductor portions and a conductor portion located therebetween. The conductor portion has a first doping concentration. The conductive layer is at least partially opposite to the conductor portion, so that the conductive layer and the conductor portion form a capacitor. The conductive layer is configured to electrically connect to an initial voltage terminal. The second thin film transistor includes a second active layer and a first gate. A portion of the second active layer directly opposite to the first gate has a second doping concentration, and the second doping concentration is lower than the first doping concentration.
