Abstract: An organic light-emitting device including a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer, the organic layer including an emission layer, a hole transport region including a hole transport layer, a hole injection layer, or a buffer layer, and an electron transport region including a hole blocking layer, an electron transport layer, or an electron injection layer, wherein a triplet energy of a hole transport material of the hole transport layer is from about 2.4 to about 3.2 eV, an electron affinity of the hole transport material is from about 2.2 to about 2.6 eV; the triplet energy of the hole transport material is greater than a triplet energy of a dopant of the emission layer and a triplet energy of a host material of the emission layer, the host material of the emission layer includes the compound represented by Formula 1.
