摘要: Arrangements and techniques for providing organic emissive layers are provided, in which the emissive layer includes a first dopant having a dissociative energy level. A second dopant in the emissive layer provides a solid state sink energy level, to which doubly excited excitons and/or polarons may transition instead of to the dissociative energy level, thereby decreasing the undesirable effects of transitions to the dissociative energy level.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a light-emitting device and manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus containing the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device comprises a quantum dot light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an energy transfer layer. The quantum dot light-emitting layer comprises a quantum dot material. The energy transfer layer is between the quantum dot light-emitting layer and the electron transport layer. The energy transfer layer is configured to facilitate a transfer of energy from the electron transport layer to the quantum dot light-emitting layer such that the quantum dot light-emitting layer has an improved electroluminescence efficiency compared with the quantum dot light-emitting layer having an energy transferred directly from the electron transport layer without the energy transfer layer.

The spirobifluorene compound of the invention has A-D-A chemical structure, and a spatial dihedral angle of nearly 90° is formed between an electron D unit and an electron-absorbing A unit, which is good for HOMO-LUMO orbital separation of thermal activation of delayed fluorescence materials, in order to obtain ideal ΔEST.

摘要: The present invention relates to organic light-emitting devices comprising (a) an anode, (i) a cathode, and (e) an emitting layer between the anode and cathode, comprising 40.01 to 99.95% by weight of a luminescent organometallic complex X having a difference of the singlet energy (ES1(X)) and the triplet energy (ET1(X)) of smaller than 0.2 eV [Δ(ES1(X))−(ET1(X)) ES1(Y)]. By doping, for example, an emitting layer containing a luminescent organometallic complex having a small S1−T1 splitting, with a fluorescent emitter the emission decay time can significantly be shortened without sacrificing external quantum efficiency (EQE) because of very efficient energy transfer.
