摘要： A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving configuration information of a plurality of cells in a wireless communication system are disclosed. A method for receiving configuration information of a plurality of cells by a terminal in a wireless communication system based on a carrier aggregation includes detecting a radio connection failure, transmitting a radio connection reestablishment request message to a cell from among a first plurality of aggregated cells, and receiving a radio connection reestablishment message including configuration information of a second plurality of aggregated cells from the cell from among the first plurality of aggregated cells.

摘要： A method of performing a random access procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a multiple-carrier system is provided. The method includes transmitting, to a base station (BS), a first random access preamble on a first uplink carrier selected from a plurality of uplink carriers, and transmitting, to the BS, a second random access preamble on a second uplink carrier selected from the plurality of uplink carriers when a random access response corresponding to the first random access preamble is not successfully received from the BS.

摘要： a measurement method for minimization of drive test (MDT) comprises steps of: receiving measured frequency information for cell reselection and measured frequencies for MDT; measuring a quality of a serving cell; performing a first quality measurement on a neighboring cell; performing a second quality measurement on the neighboring cell; and storing results of the first and second quality measurements, wherein the step of performing the first quality measurement includes performing an intra-frequency measurement for the MDT on the neighbor cell when the frequency of the serving cell is included in the MDT frequencies, and performing the intra- frequency measurement for the neighbor cell only in the event where the quality of the serving cell in a first threshold value or less when the frequency of the serving cell is not included in the MDT frequencies, and the step of performing a second quality measurement includes performing an intra- frequency measurement for the MDT on the neighbor cell when an inter-frequency in the measured frequency information for the cell reselection is the MDT measurement frequency, and performing an intra-frequency measurement on the neighbor cell only in a case where the quality of the serving cell is a second threshold value or less when the inter-frequency in the measured frequency information for the cell reselection is not the MDT measurement frequency.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for detecting closed subscriber group (CSG) cells through a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method for detecting the CSG cells in the wireless communication system comprises the steps of: determining a present position of the terminal; measuring a physical layer identifier of a corresponding cell when the present position of the terminal corresponds to a position of a prestored CSG cell; and detecting the corresponding cell as the priorly connected CSG cell when the measured physical layer identifier corresponds to the physical layer identifier of the prestored CSG cell. Desirably, the method further comprises the steps of measuring system information of the corresponding cell; and detecting the corresponding cell as the priorly connected CSG cell when the upper layer cell identifier included in the system information corresponds to the upper layer cell identifier of the prestored CSG cell.

A user equipment transmits a first power headroom report to a base station and starts a virtual power backoff timer upon transmitting the first power headroom report. When a second power headroom report is triggered while the virtual power backoff timer is running, the user equipment transmits the second power headroom report.

摘要： Provided are a method and an apparatus for processing changes in a closed subscriber group (CSG) subscription in a wireless communication system. A non-access stratum (NAS) of a user equipment receives, from a network, an NAS message indicating that the CSG service to a CSG cell has expired. The NAS notifies the expiration of the CSG service to access stratum (AS), and the AS transmits the expiration of the CSG service to the CSG cell.
