A blood pressure cuff is provided with a cuff body 2 and an air supply/exhaust tube 3. The air supply/exhaust tube 3 includes a coupling axle 33 having a communicating hole 35 at one end thereof. The cuff body 2 is provided with a tube coupling part 25 protruded in a radial direction of the cylindrical cuff body from an outer peripheral surface thereof, and the tube coupling part has a coupling axle supporting part 25c that supports the coupling axle rotatably. The coupling axle supporting part 25c aligns a center axis “O” of the coupling axle 33 with a direction approximately perpendicular to a center axis of the tube coupling part, which coincides with the radial direction of the cylindrical cuff body, and approximately perpendicular to an axial direction of the cuff body. The coupling axle 33 can be rotated about the center axis “O”.
