    摘要: The electromagnetic field intensity of an electromagnetic wave radiating from a multilayer substrate is correctly computed. A radiating electromagnetic wave analysis apparatus comprises a signal layer electric current distribution computation unit for obtaining the distribution of an electric current flowing through a signal layer in a distributed constant line approximation method or a transmission line analysis method; a multilayer substrate electric current distribution computation unit for computing the distribution of an electric current of an entire multilayer substrate in a moment method based on the distribution of the electric current obtained by the signal layer electric current distribution computation unit; and an electromagnetic field intensity computation unit for computing the electromagnetic field intensity of an electromagnetic wave radiating from a multilayer substrate based on the distribution of the electric current of the entire multilayer substrate computed by the multilayer substrate electric current distribution computation unit. The radiating electromagnetic wave analysis apparatus establishes a modelling method for quantitatively analyzing the state of the electric current flowing through a wave source and load and then flowing into a power supply layer and a ground layer.

The electromagnetic field intensity calculating device comprises an input unit for inputting the precise structure of the electric circuit device including the structure of the metal portions and the structure of the dielectric portions; a deriving unit for deriving simultaneous equations based on the structure of the electric circuit device input to the input unit, a calculating unit for calculating the electric current flowing through the metal portions and the equivalent electric current and the equivalent magnetic current flowing through the dielectric portions by solving the simultaneous equations; and a computation unit for calculating the intensity of the electric field and the magnetic field radiated by the electric circuit device based on calculation results obtained by the calculating unit.

    摘要: The apparatus of the present invention has an interface circuit which returns power in H-level output state, a first power circuit supplying a first supply voltage, and a second power circuit supplying a second supply voltage. The second power circuit receives the entered first supply voltage from the first power circuit, and in a first operation mode (L-level output condition), brings the first supply voltage of 3.3 V down to the second supply voltage of 1.5 V and supplies same to the interface circuit. In a second operation mode (H-level output condition) of the load circuit, a current output from the load circuit is brought up to the first supply voltage of 3.3 V and feeds same back to the first power circuit.

The electromagnetic field intensity of the electromagnetic waves is calculated on the basis of coordinates data for which smoothing is completed.
