    摘要: The invention relates to a method, a computer program product, a computer program and a device (20) for the plausibility checking of voltage transformers (8) in an electrical switchgear (1) as well as a switchgear (1) with such a device (20). According to the invention, a topological sub-area (1a; 1b) with several galvanically connected voltage transformers (8) is recorded for an instantaneous topology of the switchgear (1), groups of voltage transformers (8) with the same measured signals are identified and, if more than one group is present, an indication or alarm signal is generated by the substation control system (2). Amongst other things, exemplary embodiments relate to: Criteria for the production of warning or alarm messages for problematic voltage transformers (8) and/or sub-areas (1a; 1b); presentation of the results of the plausibility test; coordination of the plausibility test with switching operations. Advantages are, amongst others: Method independent of complexity and operating state of the switchgear (1); dynamic tracking of the topology; high meaningfulness of the plausibility test; and use of measured voltage values already available in the control system (2).

    摘要: A differential capacitance sense amplifier capable of measuring a small difference-signal capacitance in the presence of circuit mismatches and large unequal interconnect capacitances. The sense amplifier includes three sections: a common-mode section applies a ‘read’ voltage to two capacitors in a manner that rejects unequal interconnect capacitance, a difference-mode section generates a signal proportional to the capacitance difference between the two capacitors, and an offset-canceling section compensates for circuit mismatches in the difference-mode section. The amplifier can be adapted for use as a sense amplifier for a ferroelectric differential capacitance memory unit.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a current sensing circuit and method of a high-speed driving stage, which comprises an input stage, a level converting unit, a feedback unit, a current mirror unit and a current shunting unit. The current sensing circuit is capable of linearly detecting the output current of the driving stage transistors, and directly condensing the detected current to an appropriate value using the geometric ratio of the transistors, so as to facilitate the subsequent signal processing circuit to use it for control purposes.

    摘要: A method for measuring the current in each phase of a three-phase motor (26) by the sensor (32), the motor (26) being controlled by a plurality of switching devices (S1-S6) that receive pulse width modulation signals from a controller (34). In one embodiment, a first and second sampling window (t1 and t2) are monitored. When both the first and second sampling windows (t1 and t2) are less than a minimum sampling window (mw), the voltage pulse trains associated with the highest output (V_h) and the lowest output (V_l) are shifted to form a first modified sampling window (t1′) and a modified second sampling window (t2′). When the first sampling window (t1) is less than the minimum sampling window and the second sampling window (t2) is greater than the minimum sampling window (mw), then the voltage pulse train associated with the highest output (V_h) and/or the middle output (V_m) may be shifted to form the first and second modified sampling windows (t1′ and t2′). When the first sampling window (t1) is greater than the minimum sampling window (mw) and the second sampling window (t2) is less than the minimum sampling window (mw), then the voltage pulse train associated with the lowest output (V_l) and/or the middle output (V_m) is shifted to form the first and second modified sampling windows (t1′ and t2′). The method may then sample a first current and a second current during the first and second modified sampling windows (t1′ and t2′), respectively. The third current may be calculated based on the sampling of the first and second currents.

    摘要: A low power latch sense amplifier for electrically being coupled to a bit line of a memory cell array is disclosed. The low power latch sense amplifier comprises a common gate sense amplifier and an activated latch register. The common gate sense amplifier comprising a current source and a biased metal-oxide semiconductor is applied for sensing the current of the bit line. The current source and the biased MOS are coupled to a first node, and the common gate sense amplifier outputs a sensing signal at the first node. The activated latch register comprises a first clock signal-synchronized inverter which includes a first inverter and a first switch. The first inverter responds to the sensing signal, and the first inverter outputs a first inverter output signal. The first switch is controlled by a first set of control signal, and the first inverter output signal is corresponding to the sensing signal when the first switch is turned on.

    摘要: An electricity meter includes a current sensor, an analog to digital (A/D) converter coupled to the current sensor, and a processor coupled to the A/D converter. The current sensor and the A/D converter cooperate to generate a digital current signal having a waveform representative of the current waveform on the power lines connected to the electricity meter. The processor is operable to analyze a digital current waveform signal produced by the current sensor and A/D converter to detect a rectified (DC) load. In particular, the processor perform analysis on the digital current signal to generate a peak positive current value and a peak negative current value, and then detect the presence of a rectified load coupled to the power network based on said peak positive current value and said peak negative current value.

    摘要: A sense amplifier for a memory includes a comparator and a bit line polarization circuit. The comparator receives a first signal representative of a current flowing through a memory cell and a second signal representative of a reference current. Additionally, the comparator includes a stage in a common source configuration and an active load for the stage, and the bit line polarization circuit provides a polarization voltage level that is independent of the supply voltage level. In a preferred embodiment, the sense amplifier also includes an output stage that improves switching time at high supply voltages.
