    摘要: In order to switch between different hearing programs to adjust to a momentary acoustic scene, a method for adjusting a hearing device, in which one of several possible hearing programs can be selected in order to adjust to a momentary acoustic scene, the method comprising the steps of detecting a desired hearing program change, changing parameters (b1, . . . , bm) of a transfer function provided between a microphone (M1) and a receiver of the hearing device in order to adapt it to the detected hearing program change, adjusting the parameters (b1, . . . , bm) to be changed from a momentary value to a desired value in such a manner that a smooth transition is perceived by the hearing device user while changing from a momentary hearing program to the desired hearing program, whereas each of the smooth transition is individually adjustable.

    摘要: In a method for manufacturing a hearing device, by registering characteristics of an individual (I) a personality vector (K(CI)) is established in a fitting machine. The personality vector (K(CI)) of the individual (I) momentarily involved is compared with stored personality vectors (K1(C) to Kn(C)). That stored personality vector which is most similar to that of the individual (I) is selected and therefrom a personality profile (PP) which is assigned to such personality vector. There is assigned to the personality profile which accords to the most similar personality vector, a respective fitting vector which controls subsequent manufacturing of the hearing device.

    摘要: In a signal processing unit of a hearing device, the signal processing unit consisting of a signal analyzing unit and a signal identification unit, the momentary acoustic surround situation is identified. Based on this identified surround situation, the parameter set belonging to the identified surround situation is automatically adjusted in a transmission unit in which a number of parameter sets are saved which are assigned to different acoustic surround situation. The hearing device user can adjust his individual hearing desire for each acoustic surround situation according to the automatic adjusted parameter set with the aid of an input unit. Thereby, the parameter of this parameter set are adjusted at the same time and commonly in one of two opposing directions, e.g. in the sense of “better hearing” or in the sense of “more pleasant understanding”.

    摘要: A hearing device has an acoustical/electrical input converter, and electrical/mechanical output converter, and a digital signal processing unit connected between the input converter and output converter. The device is adapted to a specific ear of a specific individual. The signal processing unit is controllable in at least two operating modes. In a first mode, the device is substantially acoustically transparent. The processing unit is controlled in the first mode by a dedicated program module independent of any further program module for any other operating mode. Alternatively the processing unit is controlled in the first mode by a program operating in the first mode controlled by a dedicated set of parameters independent of any further set of parameters for any other operating mode.
