A method for optimizing throughput in a wireless communication system is disclosed. A target metric is estimated based on previous acknowledgment data. A channel quality indicator offset is determined based on the target metric. A channel quality indicator is adjusted based on the channel quality indicator offset. The channel quality indicator indicates the quality of a wireless transmission channel.

The invention involves a sort of curved film projection system, including a rendering surface, a projection screen, a real scene rendering model of image system, a rendering model of projection system that renders the projection the image rendered by the rendering model of image system on the rendering surface, and projecting devices that projects the image finally rendered by the rendering model of projection system onto the projection screen through optical lens. The viewing direction and angle from observer's eyes to the rendering surface is consistent with that to the projection screen. The image system rendering model can be reversible on optical path with the projection system rendering model. The curved film projection system not only reduces the rendering cost, but also produces lifelike experience for audience.

The method comprises receiving, via an application programming interface, an application inquiry, the application inquiry requesting a presence data for at least one mobile device; responsive to receiving said inquiry, obtaining network data from one or more network infrastructure nodes associated with providing service to the at least one mobile device; determining a response to the application inquiry based upon the network data; and providing the response via the application programming interface.

Thereby is the positioning node (17) enabled to use timing measurements of the uplink and/or downlink signal for positioning the user equipment (10).

The methods and arrangements relates to the scenario when the UE is handed over from a source base station to a target base station in a handover scenario, and wherein the target base station may not support functionalities which the source base station and the UE support. The method in the UE comprises receiving (501) a configuration message from the target base station via the source base station, configuring (502) the UE based on the received configuration message from the target base station by searching (503) for a second field in an information element of the received configuration message. The presence/non-presence or a value of the second field is indicative of how to manage a configured first functionality associated with an optional first field, wherein the configured first functionality may not be supported by the target base station.
