摘要： A solid-liquid separator using a roller system includes a casing, rollers disposed within the casing and each provided with a screen that is formed in the outer periphery thereof with plural pores for separating via the plural pores a solid substance from a solid-liquid substance disposed outside the rollers and filtering a liquid substance toward inside the rollers, inside drums each disposed along the inner circumference of each of the rollers, and a passageway which is formed by means of the screen and the inner drum and which is provided with an outlet. The liquid substance separated by means of the screen is allowed to flow along the passageway, collected at the outlet and discharged from the outlet.

摘要： A tofu packing apparatus for packing plural tofu blocks in individual packs for sales includes a conveyor for conveying the plural tofu blocks cut to a predetermined size and arrayed at predetermined intervals, and a paired grasp plates be driven in the direction to approach each other. The tofu blocks cut to a predetermined size are grasped with the paired grasp plates, moved to predetermined positions above packaging packs conveyed to predetermined positions with the packaging pack conveyance apparatus, and dropped and packed in the packaging packs through release of grasp by the paired grasp plates. The tofu blocks may be dropped and housed in the packaging packs while at least maintaining the tofu blocks in a holding state by the paired grasp plates.

摘要： Tofu is automatically packed at high speed without damaging the tofu, and water is saved through elimination of the need for exposing the tofu to water. An automatic apparatus for packing tofu includes a pack-moving device 2 for conveying a pack P for tofu T, and a tofu-transporting device 3 disposed above the pack-moving device 2 and conveying cut tofu T having a packing size. Both the pack-moving device 2 and the tofu-transporting device 3 are used to move the tofu T and pack P in the same traveling direction, thereby placing the tofu T in a lower pack P from above.

摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a continuous curding machine for tofu products, designed to be capable of manufacturing clean tofu products in that it will not cause a leakage of soymilk and seams and/or wrinkles on the tofu, sanitary and simple in mechanism, easy to perform transport of tofu to following processes, and capable of forming a deep coagulation compartment so as to enable “tatedori” (taking the depth of the coagulation compartment to be the longest side of the tofu). The machine is equipped with the conveyor belt C that transports coagulating coagulant-added soymilk as well as with a concave member 10 disposed underneath the belt. The belt C is conveyed as it is shaped into concave in accordance with the form of the said concave member 10 disposed underneath, and forms a coagulating compartment 10a, 10b.
