    摘要： A locking device for an electrical toggle switch has a fixed, one piece locking body. An opening extends through the body for receiving a mounting screw for a switch face plate to mount the body on the face plate. The mounting screw receiving opening is provided with an access in the body adjacent the opening to locate the mounting screw in the opening while the mounting screw is still engaged with the switch face plate. An additional opening extends through the body and is spaced from the mounting screw receiving opening. The additional opening is defined by an abutment for engaging the toggle arm of the switch and for preventing movement of the toggle arm from one position to another position, particularly from an off position to an on position.

    摘要： A switch enclosure has a receptacle to receive a pin and sleeve plug having a key on the outside of the sleeve. A handle on the outside of the enclosure operates the switch through a gear train. An interlock mechanism has a sliding latch which prevents the gear train from turning unless the plug is fully inserted so that the key can remove the sliding latch from recesses in one of the gears. Two recesses are provided to inhibit defeat of the interlock mechanism.

    摘要： An electrical connector is disclosed for securing an end of an electrical cord to an electrical device or cord connector. The electrical connector preferably has a pair of housing halves, a contact retainer body with integral front face and a funnel cap. The funnel cap retains the blade assembly or terminals within the contact retainer body and funnels the wiring of the electrical cord into the contact retainer body for connection with the terminals of the electrical connector. The funnel cap is first releasably coupled to the contact retainer body by a tight-fit such as a press-fit or a snap-fit during wiring of the electrical connector, and then positively retained to the contact retainer body by features of the housing of the electrical connector after complete assembly of the electrical connector.
