    Abstract: A light emitting diode driving device and light system are provided. The light emitting diode driving device drives a light source by a received alternating current voltage. The light emitting diode driving device includes a rectifier, a feedback unit, a protection unit, a switch unit, a timing unit, and a control unit. The rectifier is electrically coupled to an alternating current voltage source and the light source for providing the alternating current voltage to the light source. The feedback unit is used to detect a loading state and generate a feedback signal according the loading state for outputting the feedback signal. The protection unit is used to receive the feedback signal and compare the feedback signal with a reference voltage built in the protection unit for outputting a switch signal. The switch unit is used to receive the switch signal and connect or disconnect the alternating current voltage source and the light source. Therefore, the protection unit can avoid a burnout due to an exceeding current of the light source.

    Abstract: A lighting device may include light sources at one or two distal ends; wherein LEDs may be used as a light source. The lighting device may comprise a housing, at least one light-entering plane, at least one light-emitting plane and at least one guiding surface attached to the housing. A plurality of guiding blocks are configured and disposed on the guiding surface, and at least one distal end of the guiding surface is adjacent to the light source such that as light travels into and within the housing, light may be reflected and/or deflected by the guiding blocks and exits the housing via the light emitting plane. The illumination area opposite the light emitting plane may therefore receive substantially uniform lighting from the lighting device. The device may further comprise a reflector covering a portion of the guiding surface and a diffuser covering a portion of the light emitting plane.

    Abstract: The present invention is related to an illumination device capable of producing ambient light and whose structure can be efficiently manufactured and assembled. The illumination device comprises: a substrate electrically connect to a power supply, a plurality of light sources attached to a surface of the substrate, a reflection body with a reflection surface situated a distance from said plurality of light sources, a shell having a diffusion surface situated a distance from said reflection surface. The illumination device may further comprise a housing for receiving and supporting the substrate and the reflection body. The housing is configured to join with the shell and can be further attached to an external device receiving the ambient light. The light emitted from the light sources is reflected by the reflection body to the diffusion member and then radiates outwardly to the surrounding environment of the shell. The reflection surface of the reflection body is inclined at angle relative to the substrate. Said reflection angle formed by the reflection surface and the substrate can be adjusted so that the light is effectively reflected by the reflection surface to the surrounding environment of the device.
