摘要： A method for treating/preventing positional plagiocephaly in an infant by providing a support surface, positioning the infant on the support surface, positioning the support surface such that the infant's head tilts to a first side when the infant is on the support surface, repositioning the support surface such that the infant's head tilts to a second side opposite the first side when the infant is on the support surface, and repeating these steps such that the infant's head is not longer susceptible to positional plagiocephaly. The invention also relates to an infant garment with an upper portion having an infant torso covering portion and an inclined member engaged with the infant torso covering portion of the infant garment.

摘要： An infant bed of the present invention includes a frame, a mattress having a first portion and a second portion, and a mattress support that is supported on the frame for supporting the mattress. The mattress support has a first portion that supports the first portion of the mattress. The mattress support also has a second portion that is mechanically tilted about a central longitudinal axis so as to laterally tilt the second portion of the mattress to either side relative to the first portion of the mattress. The infant bed of the present invention is particularly useful for preventing positional plagiocephaly.

摘要： A crib having a mesh sleeping surface, front and back sections, and a pair of end sections. In order to facilitate breathing of an infant when placed in the crib, the interior of the crib is formed of a breathable mesh material through which air can pass. The front section, positioned along a front side of the sleeping surface, has at least a portion of its interior surface formed of mesh. The front section can be either a nullhigh/tallnull front side, or a nulllownull front side, depending on the desired use of the crib. The back section, positioned along a back side of the sleeping surface, has at least a portion of an interior surface formed of mesh; and the pair of end sections, each positioned along an end of the sleeping surface, have a portion of an interior surface formed of mesh. 摘要： A full size baby crib of novel construction which provides a range of vertical mattress positions about double those available in existing standard cribs for the dual purpose of safety and convenience. The construction comprises two balcony type modules at each end of the crib which are cantilevered from four generally upright inboard posts. On the side of the crib containing the gate, the two inboard posts are stabilized and made rigid by a plurality of stabilizers which are all functional parts of the crib. This permits a gate of about one-half of the standard width to move vertically from the top rail to the floor.

摘要： A hanger assembly for supporting a spring from a crib having a plurality of closed loop brackets mounted on each corner post of the crib and a Z-shaped hanger mounted at each corner of the spring frame. One end of the hanger extends outwardly from the spring frame so as to mate with the associated bracket. The outer end has a depending lip which extends below the bracket when the spring is hung in place. Accordingly, the spring must be lifted vertically and moved horizontally in order to remove the hanger from the bracket.
