    摘要: A cylinder lock is provided which comprises a cylindrical housing; a core which is rotatably mounted in the housing, thereby defining a shear line; a first tumbler slidably disposed in a first aperture; means for moving the first tumbler between a locked and an unlocked position; a second tumbler slidably disposed in a second aperture; and means for moving the second tumbler between a locked and an unlocked position. When the lock is in the locked position, the first tumbler extends across the shear line into the first aperture of the core. When a correct key is inserted into the keyway, the first tumbler is urged completely into the core below the shear line. The second tumbler is arranged such that when the lock is in the locked position, the second tumbler extends across the shear line and such that when the correct key is inserted, the second tumbler is urged completely into the housing above the shear line. The first and second tumblers are configured such that the first and second tumblers resist radial movement if a tensioning movement is applied between the core and the housing.

    摘要: A rekeyable lock cylinder with a cylinder body, an inner sleeve, and a plug assembly is provided. The plug assembly includes a plurality of key followers and a corresponding plurality of first racks and second racks disposed in carriers. The first racks correspond to operation of a user key and the second racks correspond to operation of a master key. As such, the lock cylinder is usable in a user/master key system. Disengaging either of the first or second racks from the key followers allows rekeying of the lock cylinder for the user key or the master key.

    摘要: A lock core assembly has a lock shell, a lock core mounted rotatably in the lock shell, multiple pin assemblies and an arrestor. Multiple mounting chambers are formed between the lock core and the lock shell. The pin assemblies are mounted respectively in the mounting chambers and each have an upper pin situated at an interface between the lock core and the lock shell to prevent a rotation of the lock core and a lower pin with an annular groove. The lock shell has a retaining cavity formed inside. The lock core has a mounting recess communicating with the mounting chambers and aligning with the retaining cavity. The arrestor is mounted slidably in the mounting recess. Without inserting a right key into the lock core, the arrestor is held in the retaining cavity to prevent the lock core from rotating to provide an improved burglarproof effect.

These codings cooperate with additional two-part blocking elements (20). These blocking elements (20) are displaceable at right angles to the lock axis and block in addition in the region of the shear line (32) between rotor (3) and stator (4). Therewith additional blocking combinations are possible and the security of the lock against unauthorized opening is increased.
