    摘要: A lock structure suitable for various lock cores includes an engagement arranged at one side of a lock core axle of a lock device. The engagement member includes a rod section such that the engagement member is coupled to a link bar. A handle axle includes an arrestor member, such that the arrestor member is coupled to a stop plate and a push bar. A retention member is arranged under the push bar. When the lock core axle is rotated by means of a key, the engagement member and the link bar are driven to achieve locking, or a handle is operated to achieve unlocking. When the lock core is damaged, the damaged lock core is replaceable with one of various types of lock core without the need to replace the entire lock thereby improving the utilization of the lock.

    摘要: A hidden shackle style lock is disclosed. The lock has a substantially cylindrical housing having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a curved side surface. The lock also has a first cavity on the bottom surface of the housing which extends part way along a thickness of the housing, and a second cavity on the side surface intersecting with the first cavity. The lock further includes has a hollow sleeve slidably attached within the second cavity. The sleeve has a first end face, a second end face, and a third cavity. The third cavity extends from the first end face to the second face and is substantially coaxial with the second cavity. A shackle is coupled to the first end face of the sleeve. A core member with a locking mechanism is disposed within the third cavity and coupled to the shackle. A driver member is located between the core member and the shackle and couples the core member to the shackle.

    摘要: A padlock includes a lock body, a shackle assembled with the lock body, a lock subassembly disposed in a cavity in the lock body, and a shackle retainer assembled with the lock body. The lock subassembly is operable between a locked position securing the shackle in a closed position and an unlocked position permitting movement of the shackle to an open position. The shackle retainer extends into a first shackle bore and is received in a recess in a first leg of the shackle. When the shackle is in the open position, the lock subassembly is manipulable to be moved from a first position to a second position to generate a space in the cavity aligned with the shackle retainer, such that the shackle retainer is extendable into the space for disengagement of the shackle retainer from the first shackle leg recess.

    摘要: A plug assembly for use in a key-operated lock, having a cylindrical key plug that can rotatable between a key insertion position and a control position, the key plug having a keyway and tumbler bores, an axial groove into the periphery displaced tangentially from the tumbler bores, a curved trough extending radially inwardly from the carriage groove, a control tooling slot formed radially inwardly from the curved trough. A carriage is moveable axially within the carriage groove, and has an outer surface proximate with the cylindrical periphery of the key plug. The carriage has radially-formed retainer bores that align tangentially with the tumbler bores when the carriage is in a position to accept lock configuration change balls. A separate change tooling blade can be inserted into the control tooling slot to raise any change balls within the retainer bores out through an outer opening the retainer bore.

The lock also includes an interchangeable core having a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism lockingly disposed within the third cavity, and coupled to the straight shackle. The interchangeable core is configured to operate the first locking mechanism to rotate the shackle, and operate the second locking mechanism to unlock the interchangeable core from the third cavity.

    摘要: A theft deterrent enclosure that eliminates unauthorized access is disclosed. The enclosure includes a door assembly having three sides and a wrapper assembly having three sides that mate to form a lockable enclosure. A key lock cylinder is mounted in a lock opening of the door assembly such that it blocks the lock opening in a locked position. A keyed interface operates a fastener, such as a compression latch, threaded coupling or lock plate, which is mounted on the door assembly such that the fastener secures the door assembly and the wrapper assembly in a closed position. The keyed interface is positioned on an interior side of the enclosure that is opposite and aligned with the lock opening. A guide sleeve is positioned inside the enclosure that guides a security keyed tool inserted through the lock opening toward the keyed interface. The theft deterrent enclosure can only be opened from a locked position by engaging the key lock cylinder with a key, removing the key lock cylinder tumbler, inserting the security keyed tool adapted to engage the keyed interface through the lock opening and disengaging the fastener.

    摘要: The present invention provides for a lock assembly for selectively locking and unlocking a door using a key. The lock assembly includes a housing with a core removably disposed in the housing. A first actuator is coupled to the housing for defining a first lock configuration with a second actuator coupled to the housing independently from the first actuator for defining a second lock configuration. The core includes a keyway for receiving the key and is rotatable within the core between a locked position and an unlocked position. A universal drive member is coupled to the keyway and movable with the keyway between the locked and unlocked positions with the universal drive member interchangeably receiving the first actuator and the second actuator while the keyway remains in the core for interchanging the lock assembly between the first lock configuration and the second lock configuration.
