摘要： A water supply assembly is provided that includes a support cap, an inlet port and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes a valve, an outlet port and a float. The support cap has a shape that is configured to cover a reservoir opening into a reservoir of an autoclave, which reservoir opening has a maximum inner diameter that is between 1.5 and 3.0 inches. The float has a shape that is operative to pass through the reservoir opening and into the reservoir when the support cap is placed on the autoclave and is supported by the autoclave in a position to cover the reservoir opening of the autoclave. When the support cap is placed over the reservoir opening, with the float positioned in the reservoir, the inlet port extends outside the reservoir. The float is operative to move from a first position to a second position responsive to a decrease in a water level in the reservoir which causes the valve to open and enable water provided to the inlet port to pass out of the outlet port and into the reservoir.

摘要： A portable sink includes a container for holding wash water, an inlet line to bring fresh water into the container, and an outlet line to remove wastewater from the container. A float valve on the inlet line maintains wash water at a selected level within the container. A faucet attached to the float valve may further provide a separate source of clean water to the user. The outlet line further includes a siphon to draw the wastewater from the container to a selected discharge location. 摘要： A water dispenser is provided in which drinking water in a raw water container is fed by gravity into a temporary tank through a water fall line, and which is configured such that a negative pressure created in the raw water container is never balanced with the water fall pressure. The interior of a piercing rod piercing through a plug of the raw water container is partitioned into an water passage and an air passage. The air passage is opened and closed by a float valve including a valve body, and a float afloat on the water in the temporary tank and coupled to the valve body. With this arrangement, the valve body is forcibly moved to the position corresponding to the water level in the temporary tank under the weight of the float.

摘要： A float valve assembly includes an outlet, a float and a stopper attached to the float. The stopper opens and closes the outlet based on the movement of the float. When the float moves vertically upward, the stopper moves horizontally away from the outlet to open the outlet and allow fluid flow out of the outlet. When the float moves vertically downward, the stopper moves horizontally towards the outlet to close the outlet. Thus, the direction of movement of the stopper is generally perpendicular to the direction of the buoyant and gravitational forces acting on the float. The float valve can be used in an oil separator/filter. The float may be formed of an elastomeric material and the stopper may be a seating needle or other stopper.
