The communication module is configured to communicate with an external device. The sensor is configured to detect an injection parameter value, encode the injection parameter value in a sensor signal, and send the sensor signal to the controller. The controller is configured to automatically instruct the communication module to transmit information to the external device based on the injection parameter value.

摘要: “TopSink: Liquid Storage Device with Automatic Discharge in High Volume Batches” is a liquid storage device that automatically discharges excess liquid in preset volumes. By releasing surplus liquid from below the surface, TopSink prevents air from entering the discharge line, which significantly improves the “head”—or flow force—in the line. With no air in the line, and with the liquid being released at high volumes, the discharged liquid is able to travel a further distance—even over an incline—without external inputs like electricity. This advantage is in contrast with traditional overflow designs, which merely have a standpipe that enables excess water to trickle out of the line as the level rises. This allows air into the system, causing excess water to pool in the line and travel a minimal distance, TopSink solves this problem by releasing the energy of stored water in high volume bursts, from below the liquid's surface.

摘要: A level gauge includes a housing, a vertical member, and a perpendicular member. The housing includes a bottom wall and a side wall. A surface of the side wall includes a first scale. The bottom wall and the side wall enclose a receiving cavity. The vertical member is arranged in the receiving cavity and includes an axis maintained in a vertical orientation in a natural state. A center of gravity of the perpendicular member is arranged on top of the vertical member. A plane of the perpendicular member is maintained perpendicular to the axis of the vertical member. When the bottom wall is placed on a gauging surface, an inclination angle and inclination direction of the gauging surface are obtained simultaneously.

摘要: A float valve (10) is provided for use with a liquid medium, the float valve having an upright configuration and an inverted configuration. The float valve includes: a housing (12), defining at least one inlet port (20) and at least one outlet port (24); a float assembly (60) movable within the housing; and an auxiliary float member (50) movable within said housing. The float assembly (60) comprises a primary float member (70; 70′), different from the auxiliary float member, and a spring element (80). The primary in float member is configured for closing the at least one outlet port when in abutment therewith, the spring element being configured for providing a biasing spring force to the primary float member in a direction towards said at least one outlet port. The auxiliary float member is configured for providing a net upthrust force with respect to the liquid medium under submerged conditions irrespective of whether the float valve is in said upright configuration or in said inverted configuration.

The liquid level maintainer includes an inlet configured to be coupled to a source of pressurized fluid, an opening configured to receive liquid from the reservoir, a first outlet, and a second outlet. A first flow path is defined between the inlet and the first outlet, and a second flow path is defined between the inlet and the second outlet. A constriction is disposed in the second flow path, the constriction configured to provide a pressure differential in the second flow path for drawing the liquid from the opening towards the constriction. A third flow path is defined between the opening and the constriction. A valve is disposed in at least one of the first or second flow paths and configured to selectively open and close the at least one of the first or second flow paths.

摘要: An application for a flow control system includes a pressure vessel, positioned within the interior of a container which is fluidly interfaced to a downstream drainage system. The pressure vessel has at least one opening through its lower surface, through which it is slideably engaged over the exterior of a closed conduit which is in fluid communication with an upstream reservoir. There is no need for a seal between the pressure vessel and the closed conduit such that the interior of the pressure vessel is in fluid communication with the interior of the container. Additional openings, from the interior of the pressure vessel may also be provided. A means to restrain the pressure vessel from significant lateral movement is provided. As the fluid pressure rises in the pressure vessel in response to an increase in the fluid level in the upstream reservoir, the openings through the pressure vessel rise to prescribed level and the release rate of fluid into the downstream drainage system is maintained at a prescribed rate or range of rates as the fluid level continues to rise.
