摘要: A lever hoist with an overload preventing device comprises a pressing member for rotatably pressing a pressed member via a reverse rotation preventing ring and a pair of friction members, and a rotation drive member capable of transmitting rotating force of a chain wheel to the pressing member and movable in an axial direction. The rotation drive member is urged toward the pressing member by a disk spring. Locking teeth are formed at surfaces facing each other, of the pressing member and the rotation drive member, respectively. Respective pressed surfaces during a hoisting-down operation, of the locking teeth are sharply inclined, while respective pressed surfaces during a hoisting-up operation are moderately inclined. A rotation limiting member is interposed between the rotation drive member and the disk spring. Even if the rotation drive member is rotated in an overload state, the rotating force of the rotation drive member cannot be transmitted to the disk spring and a nut.

摘要: A winch mechanism that is capable of sustained, heavy load operation comprises a frame, a ratchet, and a pawl for cooperative engagement with a pinion and a drum gear. The frame includes a plurality of apertures positioned proximate to the pawl axle, one aperture for each mode of operation of the winch mechanism. Pawl position relative to the pinion is defined by the position of a ratchet plug and the apertures in the frame. The winch mechanism includes a forward-engaged mode, a reverse-engaged mode, and a free-spooling mode. A wave washer urges the ratchet plug into one of the apertures once the ratchet mode is determined.

摘要: A winch including a casing for accommodating an electric motor, a gearbox and a roller for winding and unwinding a traction member. In order to provide a cost-effective flat winch which can be transported by a single person and used universally, in particular for the domestic sector, the casing has a box-like configuration to exhibit a shape and size of a suitcase or attaché case, with the casing having opposite flat outer sides, with one outer side having attached thereon a suspension member, and the other outer side being formed with an opening for passage of the traction member. The electric motor, the gearbox and the roller are arranged in the casing and extend in a common plane, with the casing including a handle to allow transport of the winch by a person. The electric motor may be designed as a universal motor, and connected via a belt drive to the gearbox which is designed as a self-locking worm drive.

摘要: A winch includes a chain wheel mounted on a spindle. A clutch is provided to selectively engage or disengage the chain wheel with the spindle. A clutch nut having a central aperture is movable rotationally and longitudinally on the spindle by way of mutually engaging threads on the spindle and central aperture. A stop is provided on the spindle to prevent longitudinal movement of the clutch nut away from the chain plates beyond a predetermined position. A carrier rotates on the spindle and rotational direction limiting structure is provided between the carrier and the spindle. Rotation structure rotates the carrier with respect to the clutch nut so that by rotating the rotation structure in one direction the clutch nut is moved towards the chain wheel to cause the chain wheel to be rotated by the spindle, and by rotating the rotation structure in the opposite direction, the clutch nut moves away from the chain wheel to release the chain wheel from the spindle, engagement of the clutch nut with the stop causing the carrier to rotate thereby rotating the chain wheel without rotation of the spindle.

摘要: In a hoisting/pulling device comprising a pinion gear 4, reduction gears 5a which are meshed with the pinion gear 4 and are rotatably mounted in a frame 1, and a load sheave which is interlocked with reduction gears 5b and is rotatably mounted in a frame 1, reduction gear bearings 8 are contiguously formed with a load sheave bearing 7 which is formed in the center of the frame 1. By making the distance between the axes of the reduction gears small and by forming the load gear and the load sheave integrally, it becomes possible to provide the hoisting/pulling device which can make the whole device compact and lightweight and can reduce the number of parts and man hours for machining the device.

摘要: A chain block which can ensure free rotation of a hand wheel when the hand wheel is rotated in a hoisting direction in the state in which an overload protection mechanism is in operation and also can ensure the lowering of a load when the hand wheel is rotated in a lowering direction. The chain block includes an one-way mechanism that permits the hand wheel to freely rotate in the hoisting direction with respect to the first hub of the hand wheel and restricts the hand wheel freely rotating in the lowering direction. The one-way mechanism is composed of a spring and a pin received in a recess and a receiving portion formed in the inner periphery of the boss of the hand wheel and forming therein a slanted surface for guiding the pin received in the receiving portion to the inner periphery of the boss when the hand wheel is rotated in the hoisting direction and a retaining surface for retaining the pin in the inside of the receiving portion when the hand wheel is rotated in the lowering direction.

摘要: A fully redundant drawworks is provided with two complete and totally independent systems for controlling and powering the drum and drum shaft of the drawworks. Each system broadly comprises at least one source of power (e.g., a motor or engine), a power transmission means, preferably of the gear or chain type, and some means of mechanically coupling the power source, transmission and drum shaft together. Each system may also be provided with a brake means, such as one or more disc, band, electric or water-cooled brakes. In the event that any component of either system fails, the fully redundant drawworks will still have the ability to raise drill pipe from a bore hole and thus avoid the risk of a “stuck” drill pipe.
