摘要: This method for protecting a lifting member against an overload, the lifting member comprising a lifting drum over which a cable is wound at the end of which a load is fixed, said lifting drum being mechanically connected to an electric motor capable of ensuring its rotation, the mechanical connection comprising a clutch or equivalent device, comprises at least two distinct operating thresholds:
a first threshold, the exceeding of which generates the freewheel operation of the lifting drum with respect to the kinematic chain coming from the electric motor;
a second threshold, of value greater than that corresponding to the nominal load of the lifting member, but of value less than that of the first threshold, generating the braking of the rotation of the lifting drum, and an attempt to progressively stop said rotation of the drum.-

The reel is rotatably provided to the base seat. The rope guide is provided to the base seat. The transmission assembly is connected with the rope guide. The motor is connected with the reel to drive the reel to rotate, and the motor drives the rope guide through the transmission assembly. In the winch according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the rope guide is an active rope guide, bringing about a good rope guiding effect. Moreover, the reel and the rope guide are driven by the same motor, which reduces the number of components and parts, simplifies the structure and control, and lowers costs.

摘要: An elevator with a brake device may be configured to provide a variable brake force, from a minimum brake force up to a maximum brake force (Vmax). The brake device may include a first energy store that provides the maximum brake force and a second energy store that provides an adjustable counterforce. The adjustable counterforce may be directed in an opposed manner with respect to the maximum brake force provided from the first energy store. Further, the variable brake force may amount to a difference between the maximum brake force and the adjustable counterforce. In some cases, the first energy store may comprise a compression spring for providing the maximum brake force.

摘要: A lifting hoist (10) having a drive train (14) containing a slip clutch arrangement (23) with a hysteresis clutch (26). The drive train (14) transfers torque, friction-free, in both forward and backward directions of movement between the motor (15) and a gearing (16). The hysteresis clutch (23) forms an unbranched torque transmission path between the motor (15) and the gearing (16). The hysteresis clutch (26) acts as a vibration damper, allows controlled emergency load lowering, and acts as a secure torque limiter in emergency malfunctions when lowering a load. It further can be used as a load indicator by reducing the load-lifting speed before the nominal load is reached or in the event of an overload.

摘要: A lifting hoist (10) having a powertrain (14) that includes a hysteresis clutch (23) for transmitting torque from a driving motor (15) to a transmission for moving a load pulling element (11). The hysteresis clutch (23) can be set to incur a slippage differing significantly from zero before a nominal load bearing capacity (FNom) of the hysteresis clutch is reached by the pulling element (11). Hence, when the lifting hoist operates within the range at or near the nominal load-bearing capacity (FNom), it is operable with continuous slip. The waste heat generated in the process is preferably transferred to the wall of the transmission housing via an oil bath, with the wall serving as a cooling surface. The lifting hoist can be built smaller and has improved operating properties.
