摘要: This is a cartridge shaped laser dry fire training device that can be inserted into the chamber of a firearm and used for demonstrating where the simulated shots strike during each trigger press of a dry fire practice session when coupled with the DryFireMag training device as disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 9,182,189 B2. The laser dry fire training device preferably is composed of a red diode laser, a set of batteries, and electronic PC board, a lens to allow the infrared light emitted by the diode mounted on a specially designed dry fire training magazine to excite the electronics of the electronic PC board, and two threaded cylinders to house said components.

摘要: An apparatus, device, or method may detect or track aim direction or motion of a firearm and display information indicative of such aim direction or motion. Sequence of bullet strikes on a real or virtual target by multiple gunshots may be determined. A method may comprise detecting one or more gunshots of the firearm discharging live ammunition, measuring or determining aim directions or motions of the firearm before, during, and/or after the one or more gunshots, recording these measurements or determinations, and generating output for displaying images on a display.

摘要: A shooting simulation system and method. The system includes a plurality of firearms. Each firearm is associated with a separate soldier having a man-worn computer, a location device for determining a location of the soldier, an optical system for capturing an image where the captured image provides information on a trajectory of a virtual bullet fired from a shooting firearm, and an orientation device for obtaining the orientation of the firearm when shooting the firearm. Furthermore, the system includes an aerial drone having a camera to capture a second image. The system also includes a shooter/target location resolution module for identifying a valid target and a target image recognition module for determining an impact location where a virtual bullet from the shooting firearm would impact within the captured images and determining if an identified target from the captured images is a hit or a miss.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for embedded combat vehicle gun target tracking training performed at an electronic device, an electronic device for performing the method and a computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs for performing the method. The method comprises determining a trajectory of a virtual target for a period of time; determining an aim point location of the weapon system; displaying, on a display device, a first and second graphical object overlaid onto an image sequence, wherein the first graphical object represents an aim point location of the weapon system and wherein the second graphical object represents a virtual target which moves along the determined trajectory. User inputs are received representative of control signals for causing weapon system movements and the second graphical object is updated based on the weapon system movements.

摘要: A system that may be reconfigured to provide various situations in which a firearm might need to be deployed is disclosed. The system may comprise a central panel and, optionally, one or more wall panels, which may be interconnected to each other to create various situations. A variety of firearm training attachments may also be attached to the central panel to simulate various situations such as a doorway, roof, windshield of an automobile, and concrete floor/wall. These components may be detachable and collapsible so that they may be stored and transported in a shipping container to any location in and outside of the United States.

摘要: Disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for simulation of firearm discharge and training of armed forces and/or law enforcement personnel. A motion tracking system tracks motion of one or more users. In embodiments, the users wear one or more sensors on their bodies to allow tracking by the motion tracking system. A scenario management system utilizes position, orientation, and motion information provided by the motion tracking system to evaluate user performance during a scenario. A weapon simulator includes sensors that indicate position of the weapon and/or orientation of the weapon. The weapon simulator may further provide trigger activation indications to the scenario management system. In embodiments, the scenario management system generates, plays, reviews, and/or evaluates simulations. The evaluation can include scoring based on reaction times, posture, body position, body orientation, and/or other attributes.

摘要: An immersive simulation method for coaching and training a crew in the use of an armoured vehicle turret having a control computer, acquisition interfaces for commanding equipment units of the turret, and rendering interfaces for presentation of data to the crew, the control computer, acquisition interfaces, and rendering interfaces being connected to each other by computer bus, includes: connecting the control computer to a simulation computer, to which the control computer communicates a status of the turret; producing, using the simulation computer, a virtual environment, and presenting, using the rendering interfaces, the virtual environment at least in part to the crew. One or more motorised equipment units of the turret are in operation. Commands entered by the crew via the acquisition interfaces are transmitted to the operating motorised equipment units. Movements of the equipment units brought about by the commands are used to produce optical, auditory, and/or acceleration sensations.
