Abstract: A method, performed by a user equipment (UE), of transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) includes: identifying whether a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) time domain bundling information is included in a radio resource control (RRC) message received from a base station; determining whether to transmit at least one PUSCH with a same transmission power for at least one transmission time domain window, based on a result of the identifying; in response to determining to transmit the at least one PUSCH with the same transmission power for the at least one transmission time domain window, determining a transmission power for the at least one PUSCH; and transmitting the at least one PUSCH with the determined transmission power.
