Abstract:
A trampoline having a frame, a bounce member and a bounce sensor, sensing bounces activates lights and provide sounds for entertainment and training purposes. A control box interprets a variety of inputs from the bounce sensors and outputs a variety of lights and sounds. A light is activated underneath the bounce member when the bounce sensor senses a bounce. One are more sets of lights can be used. The best mode is a spring post configuration sensor. The lights can be encapsulated within a plastic lamination having an upper clear surface and a lower reflective surface.
Abstract:
An air hockey puck has a disc shaped body and a peripheral ridge or rim facing both upward and downward. The disc body has head and tail surfaces. The head is a plane surface and defined by an annular inner sidewall of the rim. The tail is defined by an inner sidewall at the bottom of the rim. Dimples are formed on the tail facing air-blasting perforations of an air powered hockey game table. Alternatively, the peripheral ridge may have only one dimple surface extending overall without the side wall and still give extra volume of air blast for an increased lift force to the game puck. By controlling the pattern of the dimple at manufacture to be asymmetrical or symmetrical, a fun factor of unexpected motion of the puck can be obtained.
Abstract:
A method of fabricating a nanocomposite material includes generating nanoparticles in-situ with a polymer. A nanocomposite material includes a polymer having nanoparticles characterized by a shorter dimension of not more than 50 nm and elongated strands or dense packing.

Abstract:
Buried backside conductive layers with increased conductive efficiency can be provided for thermally developable materials using a specific organic solvent mixture to coat a protective overcoat directly disposed over the conductive layer. This organic solvent mixture comprises an alcohol in which one or more film-forming polymers used in the formulation are soluble at room temperature. The alcohol is used in an amount of more than 10 and up to 90 weight % of the organic solvent mixture.
Abstract:
A foosball man includes a swivel mounted foosball goalie man that replaces a traditional goalie man when a handle controlling a rod on a swivel rotates goalie in front of the goal area. When a foosball rolls toward the goal on the table surface, the defensive player moves of the handle to block the incoming ball. The swivel is mounted to the top of the foosball table and the rod can be mounted on a slider. A back wall retains the ball within the playing area or playing field.
Abstract:
A trampoline system has a frame with horizontal and supporting members raising the frame above the ground. The trampoline bed and springs have a pad body attached to the trampoline frame by straps. Each strap pair has an upper and lower strap attached to the pad body at a junction. Flange braces are mounted on the junction between the horizontal members and supporting members. A limiting member connecting each strap pair at a distance from the junction defines a pad strap gap as the distance from the junction to the limiting member. The pad strap gap is an elastic slack space sized according to the distance between the trampoline frame and the outer periphery of the trampoline pad body.
Abstract:
The inflatable basketball structure includes an inflatable basketball backboard, an inflatable basketball rim, a basketball net, an inflatable supporting pole, and an inflatable safety enclosure. The inflatable basketball structure on a trampoline allows height challenged users the opportunity to slam-dunk and otherwise fulfill athletic basketball fantasies in a safe environment.
